Did your phone have an encounter with fluids/ rain? Have you turned phone completely off and on again?.....

No issue with rain or water far as I remember.
I am extra careful with the phone.
Done hard reset and no changes.Though it doesn't happen always but now the 'interference' is becoming more regular.

There is a cracking background noise that my callers and I hear and also echo at the background.It makes it difficult to hear and people always say they can't hear me well.
Happening for the past month or so.
When I use a small phone I don't have the issue and it's making me feel frustrated.Use mtn mainly for calls.
What can be the issue and solution?

Sometimes too when I am in normal call mode,the voice will just auto regulate to speaker without me pressing the handsfree.
All these are not regular,but considering how good the phone is otherwise,I just feel disturbed it having these issues or any troubling issue at all
