I was a party agent in my polling unit. What I saw and what inec staff did with the card reader was purely accriditation of voters. The card readers was only used to authenticate whether the PVC belongs to the voters. After which it (card reader) shows the total number of of both successful and and failed authentication. After the voting, counting and announcing of winners, there was nothing like transmission of the election results through the same card reader to inec. The presiding officers shut down the card reader. So let us tell ourselves the the truth. 3 Likes 1 Share |

NOC1: Guy I worked as a Ratech in the last election. Part of our job was snychronizing the card readers in other for the acrediters voters to be uploaded on the inec server and also we uploaded results of the election. The figures and photo of the results. An IP and port was created and also a server and a website where all these was transmitted. And also after the elections they were reports generated by the inec HOD of all card readers that were not properly schronised for each ward and unit. How did they get the report if they don't have the server INCE SHOULD BE PROBED 1 Like 1 Share |

Even breakdown of the results from the server is ridiculously unbelievable to the proponents of the "server result". millions of South Eastern votes that can clearly not be substantiated. To the best of my knowledge, that server votes breakdown was written in someones reading room or bedroom. 1 Like |

NOC1:Oga It is either you are ignorant or just being mischievous. A card reader can't work without a server . This is ICTt 101 . Simple . INEC need the card reader for verification and validation of voters . Where are those voters list stored ? In a server . The card reader must communicate with a server to work . This is simple logic . For INEC to say they have no server is height of mischief. It is ridiculous and shameful . So how is the card reader able to work ? That means Atiku won the election. if INEC says the results were not transmitted to the server , that is another thing . But to say no server , it is a big lie . It is ridiculous. 3 Likes 1 Share |

Sometimes, we argue unnecessarily, we all know that at least 40-60% of people who voted in the rural communities didn't have card readers or their voters card couldn't be authenticated hence the incidence form. You don't expect a youth corper to insist on the use of card reader in a very hostile community where his/her security isn't guaranteed, do you? Truth of the matter is that even if a server exist, it won't match the overall data on ground because of the issues highlighted above and that's where the amended electoral bill which Buhari refused to sign into law citing its timing would've helped. The bill pushed for only electronic voting. 2 Likes |

Re: Atiku, PDP Asking Us For Server That We Don’t Have, INEC Tells by Larryndelaw: 4:07am On Jun 14, 2019 |
sammhi:Card reader was only use for identification only. Just as the teacher use to mark the name of students that presents in school. Atiku suppose to ask for the paper that voters thumprinted and not card reader. The server you refer to only show the number of people that voted but not the party they voted for. So stop talking abt server that does not show the party voters voted for. You can talk abt that in America and western world. Nigerian does not vote electronically. You will never see the candidate voters voted for in the server. So don't talk as if you are the only one that knows IT. 1 Like 1 Share |

enicid:well I'm sure the card readers transmitted accredited voters abi? Good. So let them bring it out to explain how borno, yobe where there was little voters turnout gathered those figures. When you people see evil speak up. What do you gain from a Buhari presidency? Hope that Tinubu will rule this naija. I jes dey laff. The truth is the card readers transmitted statistical records of the election and those statistics are being debated. Its APCS turn now you're enjoying it. A precedence is being set. When pdp wins (which we know they will soon) make una no complain when the same fraud is meted on others o this was how ppl like us warned Jonathan and pdp not to trump the zoning formula which was being utilized the tinubus ran and supported gej in 2011. Now the north will rule for 16 years. After Buhari pdp will field a northern president. Apc will look for maybe a Fashola and lose woefully. Anyways no p. 1 Like 1 Share |

Apina:The data is stored somewhere but that does not show the party the verified people voted for. As you rightly said the card reader is just used to verify who is who. The problem with Atiku is that he asked for the wrong thing because Nigeria did not vote electronically to be stored anywhere. Atiku suppose to ask for the ballot papers.the result was announced at each polling centre which every agent was aware and then send to the inec headquarters. 1 Like 1 Share |

jamace: Sir, with all you have said here, where does it say election results would be transmitted electronically via card reader to the server? The card reader is to accredit the voters and the total Number of persons willing to vote. Voting were done manually and not through card readers. If PDP and Atiku wants to fight this, they should call all their party agents to bring the results with them. At least they were there at each polling units during elections and announcing of results. Results would not be accepted if a party agent has reservations towards it. Let Atiku not be running after shadows and face reality if his party agents too did add to his failure. 2 Likes |

This is the reason why I don't pity folks complaining in this country no more. How do you think card readers was able to go into the database, dig out the records of your PVC and matches it with the card it is reading. Do you think card reader has become both the device reader and database store too. How does the finger print scanner match your finger prints to confirm you are the authentic owner of the card and you are eligible to vote. Though these things are simple to imagine but due to how thick una mumu is you think all of us are wired same way. SillyMods: 1 Like 1 Share |

Stupidada you think we are all mumu, the court understands what PDP is asking for. Keep showing your mumu for public. They said show us the server where you have the results is different from did we vote electronically. We want to compare the records of accredited voters to the one you entered manually. Is that a big deal to ask. Olodo dont mention electronic voting again ada9ja: 1 Like 1 Share |

Atleast it is very clear that nigeria is finished. This is a very dangerous precedence. When PDP was raping nigeria, we all cried for a messiah. Now, the messiah has come to destroy what remained of the country. For those of us rejoicing over evil because we are beneficiary, table will turn one day. I hope we will clap for the future destroyers. 1 Like 1 Share |
Re: Atiku, PDP Asking Us For Server That We Don’t Have, INEC Tells by shugamummy: 6:37am On Jun 14, 2019 |
We are not asking about voting we are asking about the records the card readers accredited to compare it with what was announced. So you have agreed that card readers were used for accreditations, do you also agree that the accredited records are stored somewhere even if you want us to believe they are stored only on the card readers. If so then you have to prove to us how card readers work and why you must think that it's records of accredited voters should be stored on the device. Go and read the operations of card readers and come back and admit how stupid you have been. Next time mention electronic voting when we are asking of card readers records. If it's not stored in the server them where is it. If the country results are not stored in electronic format then where is it. Let supreme Court agree that there was no server and watch the precedence that has been set in this country. Mumu zombies AbdlRashid: 1 Like 1 Share |

So how does it read the card information if it's not matching it with any database records. How does the pos machine read your atm card if it does not match it with your details in the bank records. My brother even sef inec hosts her database server on a different webhost separate from its normal website. Go and make enquiries zombie gabbytabby: 1 Like |

SillyMods: Isn't it embarrassing that majority do not even have the slightest knowledge of our electoral process? On this thread and through various comments, we can picture those who spent the election holiday preparing fried rice without going out for voting. When we tell them its important to follow up country process and procedures, they would say "who Nigeria help" now they are clamouring within their naiveties.. 98% Nigerian youth have betnaija or Nairabet applications on their various phones but they turned deaf ears to federal activities despite implementation of FG application to keep us abreast of sensitive act and constitutional laws of our country. When we try to sensitize some grown up youths, they say we are 'old school'. Being a Nigerian is beyond birth rights, its beyond being born by Nigerian parents.. Allah keahi! 3 Likes 2 Shares |

NOC1: I was a Presiding Officer in the 2019 General Election. Each Polling Unit had a RA Technician who was charged with the responsibility of getting results from its respective PO and then transmit same to the central server. I was given a password, just that I couldn't remember it any longer. INEC's claim of the absence of a central server is borne out of fear of being exposed and an irrational attempt to cover the secret of an obvious broad daylight robbery. 1 Like 1 Share |
