SoNature:And who told you that Las Vegas does not have these other things you listed. They do have other industries but not on the same level as their hospitality business. Owerri will definitely have different kinds of industries but from the way things are, it will be dominated by the hospitality industry. Owerri is neither Lagos nor Abuja, so you don't expect it to be a major player in every field. It has to start from somewhere then diversify in the future. Mauritius Island was known for sugar cane plantations, from there it became a huge tourist haven and from there, it is now an IT Hub. Rome was not built in a day. 3 Likes |
