His actions are totally unacceptable and uncalled for but sometimes the frustration at our embassies no be here. The stress in the process has made me shelved the idea of renewing my passport. Our embassy staffs can frustrate the hell out of you. Only option is to go to the same embassy to apply for Nigeria Visa as if a foreigner to ones country. It's terrible I tell you, not even the stress of traveling to DC or Atlanta but the attitude of our Nigeria officials at the embassy.

you people livin in nigeria dont know what this embassy make us go through. as you can hear them, they are mostly hausa officials at the uk embassy. how many hausa people lives in the uk, yet they headed the commission.
If i tell you what i go through at our embassy in vienna. Pple comes as far as italy and they will tell you no server come next day.

All it does it open the man up to being sued for vandalisation by the embassy, after criminal proceedings.

It serves them right. Why is everything Nigeria different. Embassy staff will be collecting salary for nothing . What other countries give within 12hours takes Nigeria months.

This is small compare to what will happen here in s a...when my passport expire....the embassy workers are non challant...they are run like a family project.even a refugee has right more than a Nigeria passport holders.

He did well and the person who said is unnecessary is very stupid. If only you know how useless those workers are at that high commission you won't say that. They think is everyone in the UK that is illegal or looking for favour because it's the UK. They hardly think of people that just came for a while and need to go back because they think it's London and everyone there would love to stay. I had a terrible experience there some years back and I had no option but to attack some stupid people that work there and were treating me like one inferior person. Yes they called police and police came to take me away but I had a very good time at the station because I was fed very well and even given cigarette to smoke. They knew I had nothing to loose because I was not asking to stay in the country but to go back and my own embassy is treating me anyhow. At the end I was released not too long to go back home and be patient. They were lucky the next time I was there what I wanted was ready if not they would have taken me to police station again and I will still come out. Only illegal people fear that crap attitude they give at the embassy.
