For CPR to be effective, there is need for advanced techniques procedure that should be carried out; you don't get that in a country like Nigeria.

Proper warm up is important.I know it's street football but you are no longer a 12 year old. Let your body adjust to the tempo don't go from zero to hundred percent in less than ten minutes. Soccer lovers we need to all take things easy and watch our health. RIP to the dead.

A Nigerian man identified as Amarachi aka Coutinho from Ubulu slumped and died while playing football.His friends have been mourning him online.One of them wrote...
