Yes it is a turkey door according to the seller. The price for 3ft is 60k while 4ft is 90k. My concern is that I saw another turkey of the same look and size for like 220k. So I don't know if am just wasting my money to buy the 90k own since it is cheap compared to 220k

Termite problem is very very very hard to solve. If there's a termite colony around, destroy it. Mix industrial salt and water and spread all over.

Keep site very clean and free of wood, grass etc..

Even if you treated your wood before, they will build pathways on the wood and wait till the treatment effect wears out and still eat the wood.

Mix salt and water and spread on your land periodically. It is a continuous battle.

I'm actually thinking of a solution to roofing of houses prone to termite attack by using angle iron. Tryng to draw up the cost comparisons.

A client deserves value for money spent. Although due to unforeseen circumstance beyond one's expectation mistakes do happen, trying to make amends and making it up to the client is important.
Online feedback such as this is part of the consumer protection benefit a client has against an online vendor due to the equally wide reach of any negative comment or publicity to other potential clients which a vendor can't afford to lose.
