At 22 and also not married ,you really don't have to bother about that. It is normal as a growing young man to have this experience and can often appear awkward. But you will get to grow over it. Right here I am only interested to know if there was or is any health challenges primary to it but in the absence of no other, I would advice you enjoin in other activities of helpful priorities that will put your time and mind a brief from sex. This will help in balancing your mind and the intent on doing sex.

Since it is a matter of recurrence being that you have done somethings your own and it is not getting anywhere better, why not see a physical doctor to have that region examined. It might really not be a jock itch after all. And if it is not, he/she may prescribe something to have it totally ridded off. But if it is, then a better sensitive medication is to be applied. This will save time and resources.
The recurrence may also mean, you are missing something or even re-exposing yourself to virulent factors or environment that is causing it to coming back again but you're just not knowing how or/and where to fix this.
When I ask about this you couldn't give any answer on it.

I was thereafter prescribed same anti malaria combination therapy like the first one I took.
Is it taking such twice within a space of 7days? And hope it will work p

Let's just hope this time it works but the accepted rule is to stop a given medication once it is not improving on a patient.
You may get them to prescribe something different if you are not comfortable with the ones now you are going with and if you choose to maintain the management given to you, clearly keep observation to improvement and if within days into use of any of the drugs and no improvement or the symptoms are getting worse, just stop using those drugs.

You deserve better for your money and health.

Hello, I would need to clarify a few things for you.

If you repeat a Malaria Parasite test just after taking your antimalarial drugs, there is a high possibility the result will come out positive for malaria parasites. The recommended time is 2 weeks after you finished your medication. This is to allow the body to fully clear the parasites from the system so that when you run the test after 2 weeks, whatever result it gives can then be concluded as valid.

Conversely, one thing to look at is how you took your antimalarial medication and the authenticity of the drugs. There are little things we advise patients to avoid while on the drug especially if it is Arthemether/lumefantrine (Lonart, Coartem etc). Little things such as fruits (oranges, pineapple etc), supplements and multivitamins (even VITAMIN C), herbal medication etc. The reason being that if you combine the drug and these items, the antimalarial will surely do nothing and it would seem like the malaria parasites are "stubborn". Another important thing is Paracetamol; most people tend to ignore it when taking their drugs and the effect sometimes could be that the symptoms would remain even after completing the drugs. The paracetamol is important to prevent classical malaria symptoms like high fever, body aches (including headaches) etc

My recommendation would be to not repeat antimalarial until about 2 weeks so that you can go for another test. While you're waiting, you should also take your paracetamol 3x daily. Sometimes, paracetamol is all you need after an antimalarial drug to fully clear the symptoms. I hope I have been helpful. Thank you

Honestly, I would not recommend your getting a cream or pills for that simply because you're too young for that. However, I can suggest you engage in some form of physical activity like routine workouts, aerobics, then try to reduce stress and most importantly, relax your mind whenever you're about to have sex with your girlfriend. Sometimes, these things could be as a result of built up excitement and all you need is to just relax yourself and erase every self doubt in your mind. You will be fine in the long run.
On a side note, have you had any recent Urinary infections? Any other conditions in the past? What drugs have you been on the past 6 months? I would be expecting your response. Cheers

From what I'm seeing above, only organism found was the Entamoeba histolytica in the stool culture which is not a major issue and can be easily treated. Was a urine culture or swab analysis done? Also, there's no result for the VDRL and your WBC count is quite significant which could be suggestive of an infection. Finally, I highly doubt the entamoeba could be responsible for the symptoms you listed above. However, I'll suggest you go back to the doctor that recommended the tests

Does this pull-feeling-effect seems to reconcile when you indulge into other activities (especially when you removed your mind from your walking pattern) or after a long walk?

First, you stand up early to go to work. Your walking at first within some distance was okay. But into some distance, you start feeling like your thigh is walking out it own and you couldn't help but to push your walking gait or pattern abit to that side of complaint. Some minutes later after choosing to walk on this constraint, you come to observe some slight pain coming from the sole going up to the thigh....

Yes, there is a good chance that you can have STD provided that there is break in the natural barrier in the body normal protective mechanism.
