PrecisionFx: Where did you read that people's land were taken? Have you seen anyone come out to say such? You know, I will appreciate if you can suggest better and fair measures instead of only shooting down resolutions. I could buy if its logical |

AllenSpencer: Lol, this will not resolve the issue; why? The locals will feel threatened and will surely fight back and it will be bloody. Nothing is more than when any tribe feel dominated. That is a big threat. Just imagine FG getting lands for Biafrans in the north.. My brother, i am particularly happy with this development becus it may help call for a change in our constitution. This means if u want something, cause troubles up and down and FG will help u collect land to make peace.. My brother, watch out as this will back fire seriously, my happiness is that many state governors are beginning to ask questions. Nigeria will be interesting within the next 3 years. 2 Likes |

crafteck: I love that point you made. Its coming to late I must agree. But the stigma can still be erased it politics, tribalism and religious affiliation is set aside. This way holds alot of gains than losses. |

AllenSpencer: Ranching is the only war forward and it is the present method used to raise cattle world wide. Making cattle to trek for several years prevents them from growing fat and this even reduces the Herdsmen profits. Keeping cattle in one place n feeding them will bring bountiful harvest. What nonsense are u blabbing about weda I've seen anyone saying their land was taken? Can't u see that lands in Benue state are already being allocated to Herdsmen as ruga settlement even without the consent of the people....Who was paid before that land was grabbed? Mr Herdsmen, All this una nonsense land grabbing can't work, U people should rent land like other tribes m businesses in Nigeria and build ranches there. 3 Likes |

Princedapace: Where is this domination and forceful acquisitions of lands coming from? This are archaic thoughts. Can I lease a land for you for 5.years in this present day world and you over turn it in 50years time? Common, the world has grown past that. Even Israel and the Palestine will be going into agreement which I hope will work out. We talking of security of human lives here and our only blocking point is lands and domination? |

AllenSpencer: It will not bring peace. It will become a Fulani village. More Fulani's will come, they will also breed like goats, thus creating a need for additional space, and because they know how to force things to go their way, more violence, another concession and cycle continues. I can bet my last kobo that you're a Nigerian politician. Honestly, una dull. 6 Likes |

AllenSpencer: Stop deceiving urself unnecessarily. I'm personally beginning to think that u have mental problems, If some Ijaw people come into ur community n kill 6000 people and burn several hundreds of houses , And then come back later to ask for permanent land for settlement, would u agree to give them land and even defend the ijaws? If the Fulani get that settlement, won't their population grow? Won't it mean those state will have to keep giving them more of their ancestral land to accommodate their ever growing population as they keep breeding children like rats? 8 Likes 3 Shares |

AllenSpencer: All federal government lands nationwide are for projects that would benefit the immediate environment in particular and nation at large. It is not meant for Fulani herdsmen who do not pay tax. How can and why should the federal government use funds derived from other people's resources and tax payers to sponsor and fund Fulani herdsmen??!! Where is that done? If the Igbo traders scattered everywhere start harrassing and killing people, killing their hosts, would they be accommodated, would the fed govt establish markets and stalls for them? 2 Likes |

AllenSpencer: Again you deflect and avoid straight answers 1. Are you saying not all herdsmen killers are fulani? I agree but also i counter and say all killer herdsmen are fulani 2. I having worked with ngos in the north east can state openly that 98% of these herdsmen and from Mali , lybia , Chad and Niger republics are you aware? Also in 2017 buhari said the same on record that the killer herdsmen are foreigners now he wants to establish a settlement for them? 3. How many have been persecuted for the killings of over 15,000 Nigerians by these men? Before you mention any ruga settlement have a open trial and persecution of hundreds of these killers this will bring good will from the general Public . 4. None of these killers have been tried and persecuted and now you want to force a settlement for them in states outside their region? Where do you think that would work? No country on Earth would. Allow that! The current public outcry would happen everywhere. You can't watch people getting killed and raped and later tell them you want to settle the good ones in a ranch when the so called elusive ad ones have not been brought to justice? How would this be accepted. 5. If the government proceeds with this it would lead to a crisis as is happening Mali currently. Until there is a deliberate attempt to show sincerity in tackling those bad ones the entire group will remain estranged to other regions . 6. Again I state in America and other developed countries sex offenders are not given a settlement to stay in to avoid public lynching , no they are sent to jail for their crimes. 3 Likes 1 Share |

PrecisionFx: Who owns the speculated land in Benue? Common, The Federal Government cant be that foolish. If anybody has right o claims, He or she can approach the court. The FGN has enough land across 36 states to execute this project. When you say land grabbing, I really feel embarrassed cos its at the expense of security and human lives. |

AllenSpencer: Bros, if the Fulani herdsmen want to do business, let them do it like every other business person by going to buy lands and establish their business. Why is FG backing them and buying lands for them with tax payers money? If fulani herdsman wants to establish his business, when he goes to buy land, the owner of the land will give him the terms of use which he must obey. Simple! That is how every other one doing business has been doing it. 2 Likes |

AllenSpencer:You lack knowledge of history and obviously, you can't even make projections for the future. Under the land use act, land belongs to the state government. The state government said they had no land for to give for that purpose, and you went ahead to forcefully grab people's fathers' land; it contravenes the land use act. In the examples you sited of people compromising, they were done willingly by parties involved, and benefits were mutual. In this case, Fulani's are the only ones benefiting, it is wrong, it is enslavement, it is a cauldron that will annihilate Nigeria. Fulani/Hausa has taken the South for granted for almost a lifetime, forgetting that the south is a sleeping giant in disunity. But when the south unites and finally wakes up, Fulani/Hausa will be pushed to extinction. THE UNITY OF SOUTHERN NIGERIA IS NEAR... 1 Like |

livebyday: 1. Do you have proof to buttress this claim. Its not justifiable to say a crime is solely committed by a tribe. 2. When we talking of National security, such idea is welcomed. Do you know how much countries spend in servicing refugee camps? In as much they dont adulterate their society, they dont mind the cost. The Government is going towards confining them and going after the criminals. It will be easier for state security agencies to go after the criminals. 3.We are in a country with alot of security challenges, If we believe that since no one has been prosecuted and we fold our arms and let the status quo continue, we will be making progress or retrogressing? We just need to start from somewhere. 4.So we abolish cattle rearing you saying? 5 How do you vouch for sincerity when the ball is not even yet rolling and entangled with political, tribal and religious differences. This suggestion should be the first move before we can start talking about sincerity of the system. 6 Comparing sex offenders to professionals is a No No. Your point here holds no water |

AllenSpencer: U are indeed an uneducated Herdsman. The federal government of Nigeria does not have any land across the 36 states of the federation, according to the 1978 land act OBJ did for us (which will save us from this Herdsmen land grabbing), All lands belong to the government and those lands remain under the care of the state governors, only a state governor can approve giving away any land within a state. 2 Likes |
