I have ordered for the same phone from ali express, to show you i love the phone so much. I have my receipt and the video of how the phone was doing before i dropped it at Raya. The phone did not drop or whether the screen was broken, my phone is just as neat as it came . I was just chatting and the phone started misbehaving. Check out the screenshot of my chats with dem. I can't tag voice note, i could have dropped the recorded voice note here with the sale rep. The reason why I put up the post is because i was blocked from their page without a solution that is highly unprofessional, after spending 75500 in less dan a month and all they could do is to block me, meaning to hell with me ni yen abi?

I assume this your first Xaiomi device, is that right??if it's so, we apologize for this experience, it's never easy coming from another product and next product you jumped to perform below your expectations especially when you had to spend more.


If we are to make a count of Xiaomi users here, we will count hundreds for all the categories- flagship,midrange even for the entry level too, and we are still growing.. Do you think any unknown "Crap, Scam" will survive this long especially in Nigeria?? Huh!



Everything will be settled, follow the suggestions made here, and stop thinking you are scammed, it's production flaw as genius43 rightly stated, and no OEM is perfect..

As jennyofoldstones has counseled. The phone has a warranty. Retrieve it from Raya and go to MI office at CV with your receipt, pack and all the kini ko and demand for a new phone. Gaskiya ne.

They are taking Nigerians for a fool after selling how many millions of phone yet their office is not functioning but a camouflage.. Raya store sef don tire to dey attend to customers issues on this particular brand cos they are only collecting the faulty phones without them knowing when available parts for replacement will be available. I have bought about 8 RN7 and R7 for people from Pointek, Raya and volt store in Ikeja and from them all I have 1 of the 2 I bought for me and my wife having touch issue. Yet no solution. Let's call a spade a spade

we have been here n have bought RN7 . we have been using this product n we haven't seen nor heard about this kind of issue. when it comes to electronic, don't expect every product to be flawless.
Xiaomi didn't come to Nigeria to sell US crap as u are boosting.
can you provide the pics of how the screen is doing? Attacking everyone that's say something about ur issue won't bring solution.... also Genius43 is not Xiaomi reps
