People and their reasoning sef... That's why politicians keep using and dumping you all cuz of your gullibility and how fickle you are. Some one wants Ihedioha to focus strictly in economic development and doesn't support recovering of government stolen properties, smh... You can't keep fetching and pouring water into perforated pot, only a stupid person does that. How can government aids cart away with government properties, and you don't want deterant to such attitude but you expect development? What would deter the present official aids from doing the same thing when the time of the current administration elapses if nothing is done to those that did same in the past govt..? Who said recovering of properties would quench state government from carrying out other necessary functions? There's task force set up for that, so won't stop Ihedioha from carrying out his job. Only guilty conscience fears accusation, if you don't hv any govt property with you, no need to shiver, I'm in support of state government going after state government looters, if you support buhari for going after looters but now kicking against it, na hypocrisy go kill you, more over, I thought our dear state anthem says '... Corruption must stop in our time..? So that's what Ihedioha is trying to do. To those f00ls that always roping mbaise into everything the state government does, continue, na you go tire, na mbaise go kill you, you ain't even better and can never be better than them, even without being in power, they've have been waxing stronger both international, your hate on them can't stop them. Those already want Ihedioha to perform miracle within 30 days, chill his antecedent after 100 days will make us judge him, I would even be in forefront dragging him, I don't play the hatred and sentimental politics you play, I supported Rochas over Ihedioha until Rochas turned semi demi god, so if Ihedioha fails, will drag him too. Hide your hatred, it's too early, though we know those that can never say anything good about Ihedioha even when he transform Imo to good, I know them here, and I can't take them serious for once. 4 Likes 2 Shares |

The Endless Scam Blues... - Okorocha an honourable man like no other While our immediate past Governor, Ethelbert Okorocha hurriedly commissioned some of his personal projects as government projects to have a soft landing, one of them is that Hospital he called Free Hospital for Mother and Child. Yesterday, I walked down School Road to connect Douglas Road. Through that market, my journalistic instinct led me back to the so called hospital. Lo and behold it was can of worms. Like I earlier argued, that made-up project was nothing but people's place of business he wanted to convert to personal plaza. Having lost freely, he changed the ownership overnight. To insult our sensibilities, he took the scam further by playing Osinbajo to come and commission a plaza as a hospital. My people this is the the real project Okorocha called a hospital. Just look at the back... 2 Likes 2 Shares

Imo State Government to Revive Agriculture —As Foreign Investors Visit Avutu Poultry on Site Inspection One of the key determinants of growth in any economy is the level of direct investments that it receives from abroad. The willingness of such investors to inject capital into any section of an economy is also an indication of the confidence they feel that government can provide an enabling environment for wealth creation. It is in this light that the new government of Imo State has opened the doors of the state to investors willing to harness its abundant potentials. As a consequence of this, Senior Management of the Nigeria Sovereign Investment Authority has led a high-powered team of foreign investors comprised of the senior management of Zalar Holdings of Morocco, and UFF of The Netherlands on inspection visit to the moribund Avutu Poultry Farm in Obowo Local Government Area. Due to protracted neglect, Avutu Farm has been in abeyance over several years. The team has expressed its determination to transform the farm into a modern poultry business, hence was visiting to conduct a first-hand assessment of the industry. The team’s visit to Imo State is no doubt a welcome development and most importantly, a bold indication of things to come under the leadership of His Excellency, Emeka Ihedioha, CON. The Governor has expressed his unwavering determination to attract investments in Imo State to guarantee employment of the indigenes of the State and restore its true potentials. This visit further demonstrates the Governor’s readiness and commitment to revive the agricultural sector and create wealth for the people. The Team was led by the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Agric Development, Mr Uche Odozor. 1 Like

Imo beyond Rhetorics and Propaganda —-As Dan Anyiam, Power Sub-Stations Receive Immediate attention Most times, the most popular of politicians are the ones who are in love with lies and deceit. They are the type who make empty promises before a crowd, just to hoodwink and deceive people in order to keep loving and believing in them. For these type of politicians, the most important thing is not being sincere to people, rather, it is making sure that people remain loyal and supportive of them, not minding how this is achieved. To them, it is politically wrong to be truthful because they are afraid of losing followers and supporters. They appear to be what they are not. His Excellency, Rt Hon Emeka Ihedioha, has continued to live up to his promises to Imolites. Gov Ihedioha on his inauguration ceremony assured Imolites that his administration will turn the fortune of the state for good. Sports, education, youth empowerment, Health, infrastructure, agriculture were top on the list on the governor. Today, His Excellency, the Governor of Imo State, Hon. Emeka Ihedioha, CON, was at Dan Anyiam Stadium, Owerri, to meet, interview and select contractors that will give the sports complex a new look. The pitch will be given a new turf, the tracks will wear a look new and the stands will be refurbished to meet international standard. The motive is to ensure that the stadium attains the standard that will enable it host local, national and international games and events and most importantly, return Heartland Football Club to their home ground. In the same vein, the grasshoppers international handball stadium will receive similar attention to boost sports and ensure that the youths of Imo state who are talented in one sport or the other utilizes their God given talents. Governor Emeka Ihedioha also visited Power Sub Station under construction in Ibeku Aboh Mbaise; a project facilitated by him while serving the at the green chambers. With only one month in office, the Governor has ensured that the contractors return to site for the completion of the Power sub station in Ibeku Mbaise and a similar project in Ideato Nation, while assuring that similar projects in other parts of the state will receive attention soonest. Indeed, Gov Ihedioha meant his words when he said that his administration will not resort to propaganda and lies. His works will indeed speak volume of his enormous achievements as the governor of Imo State as the administration moves on. For Ndi Imo, relax Ihedioha has come. If Ihedioha maintains this level of seriousness and momentum towards development for the next four years, IMO state will come out far much better. My prayer is that this is not an initial gra gra which I remember rochas also did when I was one of his biggest fans. Anyway I wish him all the best and wish IMO people rapid development. 3 Likes |

Ihedioha said that through the revival of the technical colleges in the states, Youths with technical skills would be horned and equipped to become independent and employers of labour labour. This we shall achieve through various community development projects and empowerment programmes targeting young people and Women especially school leavers and graduates and designed to fund the acquisition of entrepreneurial skills and mind-set." He noted that his administration will unleash and tap from the enormous potentials of the youths and women. "Time has come therefore to retrain and reposition our Youths and Women. Time has come to unleash the enormous potentials of our Women and Youths. Time has indeed come to galvanise and mobilise the energies and abilities of our Women and Youths for the great and urgent task of Rebuilding Imo State, to the glory of God and mankind. We urgently need all the energy, brains, brawn, imagination and talents that our young people and Women can bring to bear on our problems. Imo cannot be creative and innovative without the full participation of it’s Women and young people. My ambition is to be that Governor that made this possible."
