Why do you want to know what i do in the UK? I don't need to live in Brazil to know what is wrong, stop abusing immigration system simple!

I got my passport legitimately and I'm proud that i did it without guilty conscience

justwise was living elsewhere before he went schooling in the U.K.
So him returning to "Nigeria" is not even relevant here
back in the day you could apply for PSW or when dem Blair were in office HSMP, and your company, if you were lucky to get a job, could also file for you.

it is now that the Tories have closed the door to all those routes cheesy

So you bringing that up is not relevant at all...

yes..in his application as a student..did he tell them he was going to stay back?they probably asked him and his answer would be NO,i wont stay back after studies i would come back to my home country and work.do you think he would have gotten the UK student visa if he told them the truth from day one.i dont think so,stop forming saints online..

grin grin Why not take your time and learn about legitimate ways to travel and live in other countries so as to avoid embarrassing yourself like you just did?

it seem you have been following me for a while, the heartbreak is deeper than i thought... but again, i answer what i want to answer, and since i have extensive knowledge of Brasil (i have lived there), i will post in any thread about Brasil that i desire, whether you like it or not. same with France thread, Norway, Japan, China, Australia, Czech rep, Denmark, Argentina or Colombia thread.

now most people on NL can read my post, and know exactly where i am, as i have nothing to hide about where i live, as seen in the NL post below (that you must have read too)

MrBrownJay1:
si señor, i live right next to that Monaco building who was torn down!
BTW its colOmbia, not ColUmbia

MrBrownJay1:

the important question IS....why not?
i love South America and after living extensively in both Argentina and Brazil in the past, i knew i was gonna come back to live here eventually. Europe is just too cold, too bland, too expensive for NO value, too white (lol) for me. Also, Colombia's economy is down right now so cheaper to live/biz here, Medellin has fantastic spring weather all year long (Cartagena is too hot and too "touristy" for my liking), the nightlife is great, and lets not forget, women are second to none. if Venezuela wasnt as fukced up as it is right now, i would have gone there instead. Medellin is like Miami, without the beach and expensive price. PERFECT FOR ME!

to give you an idea, for the price that i paid in Copenhagen for a place to live, i get a place 3 times as big, in the best neighborhood in town.

E don cast.......

I hate it when people start forming.......

Lots of them japa on student and visiting visa, still feeling saint..... Instead to advice appropriately and move on, they will be acting as if they do it right...

No embassy will issue a study/visit visa if you will tell them u will stay back......

Why I hate some Nigerians is that they dont want you to be like them, they will never show you the route they took to be successful, they will rather discouraged you or direct you on the hard ways.

@ justwise I want to air my view from both a natural and a christain perspective, please don't block me later,we should not debate on the tree health care system.
This fraudulent you have been shouting since,is it your free health care system,if Brazilian government can no longer handle it they will either stop it or restrict it to their citizen only.
other countries world wide are enjoying it because it's open to all,why is it that Nigerians is about to do same it has become fraudulent,or you no want others to ... more over how many Nigerians can afford this trip.so let those who can enjoy the benefit.
from a christain view, once God or the government as not pass a command or bill on any issue please don't call it a sin, illegal or fraudulent.
we are talking about child birth here,we are talking about life, women like giving birth where ever is suitable to them be it private or public hospital.
please don't argue again, let people do what they can afford or suit them as far as it is not against God and the government.

You are not a christian because if you are you wouldn't have typed this. What sort of christian deliberately lie and deceit without shame?

Why not honestly apply for medical visa follow the normal way to get a visa ?

God did not make a law against lies and deceit? Christian indeed.

Yes its fraudulent to cheat your way to a free medical care

You dont even need to bother.

That Brazillian route has been blocked now, just like US and Canada(almost) and for same reason :- people lie to get the visa, travel with the wrong visa and use free healthcare they are not entitled to just because its "free"

firstly I believe you have heard of birth tourism packages Brazil .

secondly the government holds nothing against giving birth by tourism, they even state irrespective of the parents status.
Wikipedia states and I quote.
Brazilian nationality law is based on both the principles of jus soli and of jus sanguinis. As a general rule, any person born in Brazil acquires Brazilian nationality at birth, irrespective of status of parents. Nationality law is regulated by Article 12 of the Brazilian Federal Constitution .
Birth in Brazil
A person born in Brazil acquires Brazilian nationality at birth. The only exception applies to children of persons in the service of a foreign government (such as a foreign
diplomats ). This means that parents and siblings of the Brazilian child are eligible to apply for permanent residency in Brazil, regardless of their nationality or as Brazilian citizens people born abroad in two cases:
a perwhere subsequent siblings were/are born.

there is no lie here, just selfishness, God will for humanity is good government.how could you , government is saying a thing and you are fighting it.
your argument are becoming so baseless, please stop it, because you are sending wrong info about you to the general public.
who says it must be medical, you or Brazil government.
please don't fight God,Brazil government, and in all don't fight your image, nairalanders love you, just leave it that way.

I think people can still get a visa for child birth if they bothered to do the right thing, but because they all want to abuse the free health care the authority has to protect their health care else Brazilian health care system will be over-stretched

Lol, I was expecting a response like this, the word Christian, God, Allah, it is well, favor, Grace, God will do it, I am a covenant child, fast and go for deliverance before you travel, favor at the point of entry, Grace of God will prevail at my visa interview and point of entry has been so bastardized and abused by so many people,

It is a clear indication that the conscience is dead, robbers will call God before going to rob, ashawo will call God to provide business, yahoo guys will call God for clients, visa / immigration clients will call God to lie in visa application's, interviews etc politicians will swear with Koran and Bible and still loot, fúçk hoes in Sheraton Abuja / lagos and Still head to churches and mosques on worship days and you wonder why despite all this, Nigeria is still an analog country operating in the 15th century

Whenever I see people start a conversation with l am a Christian, pastor, imam etc, l raise my guard to planet Jupiter, Abeg make una leave God out of unrighteousness, sin, deceit, lies, wickedness, God cannot be mocked, whatsoever we sow we reap it etc God is a Holy God and cannot be mocked with frivolous religious pieties void of Godliness, packaging fraudulent lies in visa application's and calling God is bulshit, God is tired of useless prayers coming daily from Nigeria void of righteousness.
