Hello Guys, Thanks for the previous replies, I have another question. 1. My wife is the main applicant 2. I will be accompanying her (we are planning a joint application) 3. I am also the sole sponsor. 4. I have enough money in fixed deposit to cater for ==> the tuition + 10,000 CAD + 4000 CAD What do you guys think about this scenario ? Any advice/suggestion ? |

Hmmmm... this case sha... Please I do not know many things oooo. So please look at my suggestions objectively. These are just suggestions and what i think and not any experience I have had. First of all which passport did you use for your undergraduate diploma program? If it is Ghanaian, i will suggest you stick with it. Cos CIC is very thorough with background check as well as travel history. Again there is no harm in showcasing your dual citizenship. It is allowed in Nigerian and i am guessing Ghana as well. And I think CIC also allows for such information (if you are a citizen of other countries). As for sponsorship, a company account is a thin thread. (why would a company want to sponsor you). I would rather you use your parents as sponsors or uncle. Not a company. Best of luck. benjamina96: |

I think your sponsor needs to have a substantial amount as closing balance because that is very important. You should be thinking of millions of naira as closing balance because the final amount in the account is very important as it is the ''show money'' the Visa officer needs to see. Biot34: |

Phatkings: Sorry for the late reply bro! Since the school didn't require a tuition deposit, you don't have to pay a dime to them. The funds should be transferred to your account that's if you're using a third party. On the contrary that it's your parents that is sponsoring the funds can be in their account. |

95seun: You can use church membership as proof of ties to your home country. The letter should be written on the church official letter headed paper, signed by the head pastor and should state the following; 1-) Your job position (Maybe....A YOUTH COORDINATOR) in the church, 2-) The responsibilities and duties you carry out in the church and 3-) And that they will be looking forward to your return after studies to continue playing your role and active participation in selfless service, seminars and meetings etc... It should be a page letter and must be concise and straight to the point. |
