Adultery isn't a crime, but Rape is. If I stole something from you and you knew it but cant prove it you know that doesnt mean it didnt happen. Busola was 17 years, a minor by most standards and this man just took advantage of her. it's not like she was propositioning him. He violated her consent because of the influence he had on her.
