Good day doctors, I have bn married for about 5 months now and trying to conceive since then. I tried to visit hospital to see a gynea and rule out any medical ish with me, I was booked for year 2020. I've also seen couples who conceive immediately after marriage, so I don't know why mine is different, I've heard medical practioners telling me it's too early to complain. My menstrual flow has bn normal, I ovulate in my cycle, so I don't really know what is wrong. any advice?

Does this pull-feeling-effect seems to reconcile when you indulge into other activities (especially when you removed your mind from your walking pattern) or after a long walk?

First, you stand up early to go to work. Your walking at first within some distance was okay. But into some distance, you start feeling like your thigh is walking out it own and you couldn't help but to push your walking gait or pattern abit to that side of complaint. Some minutes later after choosing to walk on this constraint, you come to observe some slight pain coming from the sole going up to the thigh....

Does this scene fits to what you are experiencing?
.

On point sir

Don't you think you are expending calories than the more you take in, may be due:
a) recovering from a short or long time sickness?
b) ill or not feeling well about yourself?
c) loss of appetite and the enthusiasm to engage in other activities?
d) stress from work, the family and others?
e) no loss of appetite and no special cause at hand?
f) skipping of meals at meal time?
g) others?
Sex?
Age?
Weight or BMI?
Height?
Occupation, or anything sort of?

Apart from a protruding cheek bone what other way can you tell us you are either losing weight or not gaining weight?
Kindly observe your body.

On point sir
Then it is really a thing not to bother about.

1. Do not worry about it. It is transient and does not last long.
2 If it does occur at any time try as much as possible to walk light on the side of complaint.
3. Early morning body and thigh massage may reduce recurrences.
4. Your diet should contain lots of nutrient having to vitamin D and C, calcium and phosphate. Fruits and foods containing these elements and vitamins are cheap and numerous.
5. Maintain an early morning exercise schedule.

Should this continue any further, kindly seek the help of a doctor.

Yours is not different, we have seen numberless of couples who find it difficult to have children several years after marriage.
Though it is early to get worried but at 5 months of marriage, it is really not official to seek gross explanation to why your not carrying pregnancy for the time being. For the now, kindly rest your nerves and enjoy yourself. Pregnancy never comes by trying to keep a worrying spirit about it. It is not a good habit.
If I were you:
1. In preparation for the appointment, I would keep a long list of all questions I will need to ask the doctor.
2. In preparation for the appointment, I would engage in keeping all the symptoms and changes I have observed about myself in a record. This will produce a rich conversation between you and the doctor.
3. In preparation for the appointment, I would keep in records every details about all the medications I have used before now and the months before the appointment date. I would also keep in records all my menstrual cycle dates and intervals of bleeding as well as dates I saw all my ovulation till the time of appointment.
4. I would have a pelvic ultrasound done few months to the appointment to present to the doctor to tell me if there is any thing wrong about my pelvis and bodies inside it. I may not present with an HSG though.
5. I would present to him as well result(s) confirming any STI/UTI/PID whether of being treated of it before or not.

6) Since pregnancy is both the male and female affair, it will also be considerate to discuss with your husband to have his semen qualities and quantity analyses.

These are enough, presently.
But for the now, remain on your Prenatal vitamins, keep a good spirit, eat good food and be active. Don't overwork yourself and your pregnancy will come.

I think you need a screening for a viral STI just to rule out any case link to Herpes-1,syphilis and then AIDs since you have tried on using antibiotics and antifungal, and it is not improving. Perhaps, it may just mean that the drugs weren't sensitive enough.
If I were you I would run swabs both for bacterial and viral and then run a differentials for my white blood cell count to know which of them going up above normal.

Good day doc, I ran some tests (urethra swap and vdrl) I have sent you the tests results

What is troubling you that you are most time unhappy?

Apology! I could not reply in time even after I have seen the results.

Don't mind me, okay. Now, those things you sent me were alright. But then I required a blood counts and differential your blood cells. In fact these were what insisted for even before those ones.

You will be alright soon.

Good day Dr, I have an aunt who has been complaining of experiencing running stomach each time she eats beans. She said to me that she has tried several species of beans: white, red, small seeds and big seeds but still gets severe running stomach that doesn't stop until she takes drugs. Is this problem caused by preparation of the beans? she's not up to 40 years of age but could it be age related?

Please what can I use for back pain, I must have strained my back while passing through Badagry express road in a very uncomfortable bus

It may not be age related neither could it be something resulting from any of the body organic conditions. It may just be that it is one food she shouldn't take (perhaps in excessive quantity) with the underlining complaint as presented by you. She should have bean food prepared in other forms rather than take it as soup or fried if these were just the patterns in which she has been eating. But if this complaint is characteristic of whatever forms the bean food is prepared, then she simply need to have bean food not part of her routine food, rather take any of it forms in just a small quantity. Some persons show reaction to potash in cooking used in softening normal African bean, she may see the need to stop using it. Disposing the bean inspissated fluid of the first cooking and finishing the bean food with a new clean water may be helpful for her.

Since your backpain is coming from stress, i would advise you take a warm bath and cool off on the bed. Have some one to massage you over while you laugh your stress off. Should you find this impossible to meet, you may use any of those comfortable pain relievers such as Paracetamol to wear off the pain.

Eat any kind of swallow apart from wheat every day (wheat is for people who want to lose weight) . At least once a day for a month. Start from there. Then increase your daily meals. If you've been eating twice a day, start doing 3x a day.

Greetings to all the doctors here helping and educating people with health issues.

My issue has a rather long history but I will shorten it.
I have been diagnosed with osteoarthritis of the knee but that's not the only joint I feel pains. My entire back, jaw, shoulder, hip. It usually starts with knee pain after physical activity or just a normal daily routine, then my ear starts burning up and a very warmth feeling. The following days, other joint like my back and ankles also starts to become rigid and painful while the ear gets hotter, inflamed, tingling and itchy. I usually get very sharp needle-like pains in my ear. My eyes are not left out as they also suffer the same fate. It's either one side gets inflamed, itchy and redder than the other or they both experience same.

I have been taking diclofenac, arthocare, supplements. On some occasions, I have been prescribed norflex but it gets to a period where my movement practically becomes difficult and this leaves my depressed and confused.
This started 9 years ago and within these period, I really have not been able to actualize my goals.

Please I need your help!

The problem I have with nearly all of you is the ability to answer simple and straight questions. I asked you good number of questions, you only answered the ones of your choice and off you retarded to mentioning that a nurse suggested your using a "strong antibiotics". Very funny of you!

I don't think I have any magic on me then to know what the cause of your periumbilical (around the navel) pain is. I would advise you meet a doctor to physically examine you and your abdomen, or follow the nurse on her suggestion.

Goodluck.
