The guy on Facebook said he cancelled his a month ago, but it wasn't accepted. Las Las, he has received the device and his experience isn't a pleasant one

Chai!!! Unpleasant experience? Well, I just have the feelings ours won't be like that. And there is nothing OTA update wouldn't fix. Umidigi don't want to loose their customers that's why they refused to cancel.

Yeah! I followed ityP 's suggestions dt dy would not accept cancelation and I also thought cancelation would facilitate them to ship it but turned out to be a stupid decision after waited for 40 days.
I can re order from Jumia later if A5 Pro makes correct vibes or waves
