Allah is not a human so he doesn't fall sick he doesn't fall asleep or hungry u have to know he is everliving almighy Allah knows the best.

If Allah is in the image of man, then he should also fall sick. Human has dick, scrotal sacs, same as Allah, because the Qur'an said humans are created in his image.

Sorry, I didn't get the concept of Allah's image from the Quran, I got it from the Doctufos. There the height, stature and the physicality of Allah were shown, as well as his sex life.
