Wonder Woman
Gal Gadot was a part of re-shoots for the movie (including stunts) while being five months pregnant. Her baby bump was visible, so the crew created a costume which had a green screen around her belly, which was later removed during post-production.

Genre: Crime, Drama, Thriller

A flick that spurred controversy about the health care reform in the United States. Storyline was simple yet compelling & touchy, acting was amazing, especially the lead, Denzel Washington's act is what I'll call magnificent. His performance held me spellbound from start to finish, he really made me feel a great deal of empathy for his character, in fact, at a point i was John Q & i literally had teary eyes almost all through the movie.
A thought-provoking movie with an intent to make one think and learn about the forgotten aspects of human life.

Some complained that it is childish... I wonder if they expect teens and preteens to be spouting Freudian philosophy. This is basically a super hero movie from the perspective of young teens. It's all in order.

I too am looking forward to the sequel.

My fav scene is the part where Shazam and Freddie pop open cans of beer, take big mouthsful and instantly spit it out. Shazam now says "THAT really tasted like ass".

Everyone has been complaining that DC movies are too dark and that that is why they keep trailing behind THE MCU. Too much Zack Snyder. This is a return to the cherry happy DC movies. The deviation from the source material was strong though. In the original shazam comics (thanks mum) sirvana was Billy batsons uncle who took him in for the insurance money when Billy's folks died.

The antagonist was black Adam. A previous captain marvel gone bad

Also lest we forget, kids and teens are the original comic book market.

Yeah, about the comics market, I read Ikebe Super comics while growing up. Nothing legendary there, except for Nackson's legendary roving deek.

Arnold Schwarzenegger worked with guns every day for a month to prepare for the role. The first two weeks of filming he practiced weapons stripping and reassembly blindfolded until the motions were automatic, like a machine. He spent hours at the shooting range and practicing with different weapons without blinking or looking at them when reloading or cocking.

Cameron agreed to meet with Schwarzenegger about the film and devised a plan to avoid casting him; he would pick a fight with him and return to Hemdale and find him unfit for the role.[27] Upon meeting him, however, Cameron was entertained by Schwarzenegger who would talk about how the villain should be played.
