That is road under construction - Westland roads - are probably better than anything you have in Nigera. You have to understand that Nairobi is undergoing massive reconstruction every day.

@bolded I hope you are not trying to deride the importance of the private sector in a country's development. If it is not your govt headache why then did they announced the project side by side with the private sector...surely you are about to question the importance of that appaudable project that would have had a positive impact on not just ghana but the entire continent at large ..what is good is good, don't shift it away because it never came to reality because I am sure you would have done the opposite if it came to fruition.
Private sector us the backbone of every govt and a country development.

Now let's move to skytrain...Yes skytrain transit on some heavy metal and steel suppeneded in the air. Skytrain can be of two kind , there is one that whose top attaches itself to the beneath part of the steel making it to stand vertically and move just like a cable car suppeded on a cable ..the other one is the type that stands/sit on the suppeded steel rail just like a monorail (same phenomenon applies to the monorail in port harcourt ). Do you know that this sky train barely picks up to 40 passengers at once and when compared to most monorail it's total amount of passengers lift at a goal is the same.
And for the records you just told a lie. Skytrain project was announced in 2014 which makes it 5 years so far since the project was abandoned. Check my pic below

it was announced is diffrent from it was signed. It is two different grammer altogether. Anyway buy into any straw you want to used. The agreement was made on paper in 2018 ( fact) and feasibility study suspended to 2019.

Nigeria does not have sky train ( simple) sky train is exactly similar to land train. The only difference is, it is suspended in the sky . it is the same train moving on the land nothing more.


Nowhere in the entire world is private sector financed by Goverment pulse. goverment can only provide enabling buisness enviroment. tax incentives,free access to land . made banks to lends to the local market. etc.

Ghana has the best buisness enabling enviroment in the entire west africa. so goverment already solve her own headache. It is left with the private sector to deal with her headache. And goverment initiative has been bearing fruits.
