Dear Sis,
I think you should see a fertility doctor with the result. The scan detected 3 fibroids as well as tubal blockage. The hormonal assay also indicates high prolactin and no ovulation.

Some ppl on this forum have used seraptase and castor oil massage to unblock the fallopian tube.

For high prolactine, some have used carberlin , others bromegon, others regular eating of ewedu. You can search this group for that.

Your Hubby's has infection . If your hubby is treating infection , it would be wise you also do hvs so that if you have any you both treat it to avoid reinfection from partner after treatment.

Your doctor is the best person to advise you on the fibroid cos one of them is big enough to hinder conception. The other is already calcified.

Edited, if you see a fertility doctor, they may recommend ivf after removing the fibroid ( because of the blocked tubes), but if you have time, you can try the seraptase and castor oil massage b4 knowing the next line of action.

IUI is perfect for you if you can gather the money cos they will wash the sperms which will increase the motility and bring out only the best of the best to be used for insemination. For the low progesterone, you need cyclogest that has a higher dose of progesterone 400mg not duphaston 10mg. Duphaston is for women with no progesterone issues but who want to play safe. My own opinion. If you don't want to go for IUI, work on the tubes with the ways mama's used to advise here. Depends on where the fibroids are, work on them too. Baby dance well and put everything in God's hands. He will come through for you.

Good day mummies and mummies to be in the house. I want to appreciate you all for your tremendous contribution to this platform. I am a new comer here and in just a few months I have learnt a lot.
I don’t really know the codes to use or abbreviations but I’ll make my question as short as possible.
My husband and I have been ttc for about 3 years now. We have gone to the hospital to run tests. I have done HSG and he has done sperm analysis which the fertility doctor and gynecologist say it’s very okay(yes we see two specialists just to be sure). My HSG also came out okay, I did prolactin and other scans which showed that everything is normal. The doctors seem to be relaxed telling us it’s just time and everything will be fine but I am so worried to my stomach that I can’t even concentrate anymore. I used to see ovulation signs before but I didn’t even know it was ovulation sign until I got married and was ttc. I usually see ewcm even during our early days of marriage but suddenly I stopped seeing it. My period is somewhat regular( that’s what the doctors say) sometimes my cycle is the regular 30 days and when I am stressed it can be up to 35 or even I had a 45day cycle twice last year.
Since May this year, my doctor prescribed clomid and I have been on it. My period came again yesterday and it’s the most devastating thing ever. I never knew there would be a time in my life that I would cry because I’m seeing my period. My period has always been very painful. People said oh when I get married it will go but it has not gone anywhere as I still feel serious cramps when I am on my period that I have to lay in bed all day for like 2 days until it subsides and I take pain killers too.
Please I really need your advice as I am about to take my third round of clomid. This clomid has made my period reduce compared to the type of flow I get before.I still get a 5 days flow but it’s now scanty since I started using clomid please is this normal for anyone? What can I do about my period pain too because I feel it’s the reason for me not conceiving even though the doctors say it’s not. Please I need your advice.

Have you done Fibroid scans to check if you have Fibroids as this may contribute to the painful periods

Yes, he did. He was battling with low motility and morphology then but he has been on drugs since then and we've not run another test.

Can your hubby run another test and compare previous results to know if the medications he is taking is working.

My mama, any ttc mama who has been on this thread for even 6 months knows for IUI you need to unblock tubes. It was even the sperm analysis that made me suggest that not the tubes.

Let me add to an issue a mama brought up yesterday. One thing I learnt when I ttcied was that nobody can want that bfp more than you. Not your mother, not your in-laws, not even your husband sef or doctor. Neither your friends or mamas here. You're the woman. Na you by yourself go get up and pursue that bfp with God's help when the thing hook person. Our prayer be say make e no even tay reach the time e go hook person cos so many more things could go wrong with time (for me, blocked tubes and high LH/FSH entered the equation!). Then add age issues untop.
There are a few friends I don't discuss fertility issues with again because they feel time is on their side or something. I was once like that till I got tired of trying things that weren't working for me. It's a stage. Pls this isn't a call for fertility treatments. It's not as if it's 100% guaranteed. It's a call to keep trying and moving upwards in the quest for that bfp. Do what works for you. My little advise is never stop trying to get that bfp whatever stage you're in. May God answer every ttc mama in time. Amen.
I totally agree with Emmaaaaaaa and tyhgfrdeswscbhf but I don't subscribe to self medication with strong medicines cos of my past experience (it did more harm than good). I give glory to God cos all that is in the past now.

I must warn that IUI percentages are always low and once the fertity clinic try once, not successful, that's almost 400k gone.

However, would suggest her husband tries to improve on his SA challenges to improve the chances

Hi sabi mama's, help me torch light this matter, hubby was diagnosed of bilateral varicocoele, our new gynaecologist is in another state, my mom took us there, hubby was meant to do varicose veins and sfa test same day, but he couldn't do the sfa, the gynaecologist now said if we are to do the sfa in Lagos, we will repeat the varicose veins test again, when there's is no money , and I don't buy the idea of traveling from Lagos to Ibadan for treatment, it stressful for us, please how much do they do varicose veins and sfa test at Lasuth and Luth, so we know what to do...

Hmmm it's a long story. Last year August I went for semen analysis I was told i have zero sperm count (azoospermia) due to staph infection. I never loosed hope I started eating garlic and taking honey everyday it got to a time I stopped so January this I went for another test again there was improvement but the count is still low 9.5million and low motility. The doctor told me to buy addyzoa I used it for 1 month nothing still happened. I never still loose hope so on the month of may I went to a hausa herbs man. I explained everything to him he gave me some herbs the made me and my wife vomit and purge. That month nothing still happened . the month of JUNE I attended deeper life Wednesday prayers. I also ordered for evergreen formula for men.i told God to surprise me with a birthday gift which he did for me .
Av not even finished one cup before we got our BFP. I also bought evergreen folic acid for my wife

Thank you mama. My period is quite regular, 29-31 CD. I'm not working with any doctor currently. The last time I did in a FMC, the gyne asked me to do TVS, hormonal profile and HSG. I couldn't handle the pain of TVS, it was unbearable. The sonographer had to do a non invasive method. I don't even want to think about HSG. I didn't go back to the gyne.. I wrote about my experience here last year but no one seemed to really understand me. It is well... I am not giving up on getting my bfp

My very close friend who got married before me. Who had been TTC for some years now, called me last week to give me good news. My friend is now Pregnant. That's good then. You can use progesterone (duphaston) during your tww cos of the low progesterone (if you have money... Cyclogest is best) . And as soon as bfp is confirmed, go on cyclogest or injectibles. And rest as much as possible during tww.

The medications were for d treatment of the scanty growth of colifum bacteria which showed after d incubation.

My period came 9th of this month , but up till now I keep spotting blood which ought not to be so. Since morning have not been my self, yes I know I have fibriod , which have been preparing my mind ahead for financially, but right now. I can not afford the cost ,
