You can try fertilaid or evergreen formula for women or Reproaid for women they are the same thing but cheaper than fertilaid. Try for three months and observe, if it doesn't work you can now try other drugs, but I'm sure it will work.It doesn't have side effects. Baby dust.

Good morning gtc mamas and papas, yesterday was day 3 of my period and I almost died of pains. It started around past 8pm on my way home by the time I got home around past 9pm I was already crying and in very severe pain. I,ve never felt such pain before and in my period day 3 for that matter. In addition to what other mamas have said, use serrapeptase, plenty of it though it is expensive, it eats up scar tissues/adhesion. You may also try clean point tampons/ gufei bad as well if you're comfortable with it. Besides, work with your doctor, look for an experienced doctor preferably in a teaching hospital who can perform a heteroscopy successfully, to avoid causing more harm. Someone on this thread used Maitama general hospital in Abuja, you can try the hospital if you're within Abuja if not make findings, don't be in haste, take your time to find a good doctor who can help you out. It will surely end in praise by God's grace.

@knorr as rightly suggested pls rule out infection. Endo is another reason you may have severe pains before and/or during your period. Check to rule that out.
