Oga jarus and xfire should give us insight about the details and procedures of how NNPC hirees are posted to various divisions and subsidiaries. I heard that a candidate's overall score determines whether the candidate works in the upstream, midstream or downstream. Anyone with legit info should kindly clarify.

Actually from the vacancy advert, the role I was interviewed for already indicated it was an upstream position, which implies that if hired, upstream would be my forte regardless of overall score.

With what I have been reading here, I’m afraid to spend my tfare allawee. The way those that have not been paid are even sounding one might think those that have been paid were the ones that “forcefully” asked NNPC to pay them. I’m even trying to console myself with “anti-Access theory” just from nowhere one person just posted; “for everyone that has received alert NNPC wishes you well in your future endeavors”.

Me I didn’t even receive up to 20k, I was just paid 16k(though I haven’t spent 1naira out of it because I don’t want the money, I never asked for it. Even if some people protested to be paid their tfare I’m not among them for God sake).

God please don’t let this 16k be my retirement benefit. How can I be retired even before I’m employed? God help your children, provide tfare alert for those that haven’t gotten yet because nobody trekked to the NNPC Towers. We all used one medium of transportation or the other hence everybody deserves to be paid.

I have leaned down between Tuesday night and today. My friends that saw me jubilating when the alert came in on Tuesday I promised to flex them on Friday, how can I flex them with money that I want to return?

Hmmm... Local man iyaf tired.. If you have a friend like me that have received alert please always checkup on them at least 3times a day, it’s very important.

If the Access theory is true, make dem send me my remaining 4K oo. Lemme count my money again..

Good evening all, I don't want to go into detailed analysis, i have no specific source, I am a social Scientist, From all conspiracy theories and counter theories, with research on the workings of the NNPC I can deduce that.

1. Subsidiaries of NNPC cannot make any payment to any applicant now, cause the Recruitment is being handled by the head office, all payment, selections, compensation at this stage is done at the towers. Selection may now be based on the vacancy openings earlier submitted by this subsidiaries. The budget was approved by the Headquarters, so all disbursements must come from there.

2. Transport fare payment issue has become a major source of theories on this platform, let me give us this analysis. Interview ended on Thursday, which left them Friday, maybe Saturday and Monday to input the numbers on a Spreadsheet, now the question is, is it possible to input 9,000 names, account numbers, phone numbers, and Location Within 2 days(being conservative), big YES if urgency is placed on it, it can either be typed according to the interview days, and presented like that or merged together later on to one single file! This will of course require multiple Persons to accomplish, having said that, some payments were made on Tuesday a few came in on Wednesday. Now concerning Access Bank theory or 1% theory, TF payments came in from various interview days with the most reported day being 6th, cut across various banks, some banks paid some didn't pay even when those who were paid had their interview on the same day and time with those not paid!!!
What does that means there is a Criteria for making this payments, would we say the payments are in batches, why has there been only one batch since Tuesday, did they truly pay the top 1% in each state making it only 90 people paid so far if 9,000 people came for the interview, big No!!!! More than 100 people have received their TP Nation-wide.

.Now does Access bank Theory holds water?, First question is what population of people have been paid, from my personal Investigation it's not up to half of the Total 9,000, so are we saying 4,500 people will get the Job, No!!!, Except more people will be "paid off" in the "next stage".

Conclusion: Too many people were paid for 1% Theory to hold water, same wise not enough people were paid for the Access Bank theory to hold, EXCEPT Another batch of payment goes out leaving some not too many people unpaid.

My NNPC Interview Feed Back. Remember it lasted for 15 to 20 Minutes. I learnt those who gave concise and structured answers without bandied words were asked further questions.
Positives.
1. Ability to generate original ideas based on context/recurring themes.
2. Great dialogue and not monologue. Did not just convince self but interviewers and created a woods became forest situation.
3. Used the highest level of blooms taxonomy to explain competencies, skills and key performance indicators
4. Mulitidimensional approach to general questions and not undimensional or quoting verbatim.
5. Critiqued the bad cop strategy and aced the working independently, In teams, and under pressure situation questions.
6. Good energy, drive and crisp.
7. Broad and relevant experience.

Negatives.
1. Did not stay up to date with latest versions of working platforms.

Summary: A great fit for the role. Takes responsibility and nurtures a team. Pluralistic and real world practice oriented.
