Answer:

1)yes
2)anytime of your circle
3)if you like 2hours, but not necessary
5)no need

But please do something about what we discussed last. I haven't read back yet to know if there is an update but pls make sure you do something about it. Because if fibroids is blocking where your baby will stay and grow then taking the above medications may be a waste of time and money. We believe with God all things are possible. You will laugh like like Sarah because God is gonna give you your Isaac sooner than you think in Jesus name. Amen.

Amen!
Mama, thanks for your prompt response. May God surprise you sooner than you expected.
Regarding d fibroids, I will go for scan to check if there s any improvement before taking any step.
Thanks for your concern dear.

Yes dear. You can. Buy or use ovaboost instead if you have a regular circle. Use both if your circle is not normal. I mean use fertilaid and ovaboost. The myoinositol in ovaboost will be of immense benefit to you. Myoinositol will also help you lose weight.
Thank you so much momma, I do really appreciate u ma. My cycle is very regular, just dat d color and d quantity of recent is something else. I cudnt get myo-inositol anywhere around here, bt I got metformin 500mg, started it yesterday with a tablet per day and folic acid too, I hope it's OK or should I increase d dosage? I hope to get d ovaboost soon, can I combine both?

Even though few mamas with PCOS may have regular periods, if you have not been diagnosed with PCOS or type 2 diabetic I will suggest you do not take metformin. Work with your doctor if have decided to use metformin.

Your hormonal essay was done wrongly and based on that we can not conclude you have PCOS. There are other test or signs your doctor will look out for to confirm you have pcos. For example, having high level of men hormones (androgen or testosterone) which may make you grow some men features like hair on your cheat or chin/face. Metformin is taken 2 to 3 times daily. But you start slowly reduce nausea. Most women take it at night with food. Taking 500mg for the first one or two weeks before gradually increasing the dose.

Also, I hope you have done your basic tests. Have you ruled out infection? Pelvic scan? What about HSG? What about dh/dear husband? Is his sperm/semen okay? Very important you check the above. If you are not ovulating ovaboost will help you ovulate. But have you ruled out fibroids? Fibroids can also make your period brown. It can make you have big tummy as if you are pregnant when you are not (saw that in your past posts) It can make conception harder if it is in the wrong place. Blocked tubes can make conception harder because it can stop your fertilized eggs from traveling back to your uterus or stop dh sperm from reaching your eggs. So it is important you check other areas too. If you did not pass out the whole blood in your uterus the previous month (which can also be caused by fibroids) you may have brown periods.

This is what I will do. I can keep taking my ovaboost while I work on the above areas. Continue with folic acid, Bcomplex and vitamin b6 (b6 50mg after ovulation) with vit c to help increase progesterone in case I am low in that but as soon as I get pregnant I will work with my doctor to supplement my progesterone (either by tablets/pills, injections or inserts). Most mama with high estrogen do have low progesterone.

Nicejo your next birthday will be celebrated with your baby/babies if na twins you want. Amen in Jesus name. Happy birthday mama!

@knorr as rightly suggested pls rule out infection. Endo is another reason you may have severe pains before and/or during your period. Check to rule that out.

Good morning ma,
Please what test can someone do to know if she has "endo", I have very very painful AF, though I also have fibroids but planning on taking it out next month.

Thanks

Thank u so much ma for taking ur time to answer my questions, u are a life saver. My doc diagnosed me of PCOS, and d only thing he recommended was for me to loose weight. I did pelvic scan too and twas discovered I have intramural 2 uterine fibroids, 5cmx5cm,about that range, bt my doc says it can't hinder conception. I did hvs a while ago, ecoli infection was discovered and treated duly. I started d metformin based on ur suggestion to aid d weight loss, I noticed I didn't ovulate ds month, and I noticed since d weight loss journey started, d belly is reducing too. I'm just ranting here for you to know my story ma. Thank u so much for ur contribution at all times

OK sis. Thanks for your concern.
Your prolcatin and progesterone was done on day 17.
To the best of my knowledge, prolactin is usually done on day 3.
Then for the progesterone. Do you have a 24 day cycle? If no, then that might be the reason for the low value...

The first mistake was letting them know of your husband's fertility challenge. That information should have remained just between you two. If your husband was medically ok, and you were the only one with the problem, would they have still given you such advice?
What happened to for better for worse?

Life is a constant battle ground, and TTC is one of the battles which would be won by the grace of God, but believe me more battles would come even when the babies finally arrive.
If they tell you to leave your husband because of TTC, what are they going to tell you to do when more severe challenges come?

You sound like one still very attached to her parents, please don't let them push you over on this. Keep your stand on this, and tell them you can't leave him.

Thanks mama.
I was having 24days regular cycle then which later extended to 26days through d help of vitex. I usually ovulate late on CD17 making d luteal phase to be a shorter one. I even told d sonographer that I usually ovulate on day 17 but he ignored. I believed that was why d report said anovulation as I've not ovulated yet before d test was carried out. I don't think I'm not ovulating cos I usually see EWCM mucus for up to 4days and my bbt usually spikes once I ovulated.

My dear, pls don't leave your marriage. You're d one to make decision for yourself not your parents. Pls, don't allow them come between you and your hubby. Leaving d marriage will not solve d issues. Pls, better open up to them, tell them your own issue cos they may be thinking that your hubby is d only one with issue. Your marriage is still young. Pls, don't leave for whatever reason. No one knows what tomorrow has in stock for us. You and hubby should not relent in prayer, put your heads together and tackle d issues. Do your best and leave d rest to God. Mama, there is no impossibility with God. These 2 cases you mentioned can be corrected. Glory be to God for that,.

1. For the tubal blockage, buy serrapeptase and also do castor oil massage.

2. For the bilateral varicocele, go to LUTH , idi-araba, the Urology department. Their clinic runs on Monday and Thursday. Surgery and total cost shouldn't be up to 60k. You can send me a mail. I'd put you through more on this.

Also, you can see a gynaecologist at LUTH too *Wednesday 8am

It is well Mama .
