URGENT!!!

Please I got an ADR today to provide proof of bank statements and pay slips for the entire period I worked in a Company however, I was paid cash throughout my stay at that company. When applying I uploaded the pay slips for the first and last month I worked in the company together with my reference letter. Would only the pay slips for the rest of the months, spanning all through my stay suffice as supporting docs? How else can I proof this to CIC?

Thanks, this is why personal research is the best for this journey. You're on point with ICES timeline.

But how can WES be 7 weeks? You mean for Nigerian certificates? The official WES timeline is 35 business days. I believe NL readers includes both those who have degrees abroad and in Naija. Any delay post-verification for Nigerian universities is dependent on the speed of the school, not WES.

The official CES timeline is 12 weeks as at today

cc @Cpro

IQAS is many many months grin

Ps, for those considering ECA, check the official websites directly and compare, the timeline information changes regularly. The horse's mouth is always the best.

akintunde63:

CES is 10 (the last time i checked), ICES is currently 20 weeks, WES 7 weeks

Good afternoon House, how we dey?

so i want to sharpally ask the followings?

1. I've got my POF complete, and i effected the process of T Bills today. was told certificate would take 2 days (thought i'd get it immediately - Naija sha). I also got letter of non-indebtedness and reference letter today. However, these two letters were shown to be up to date as at yesterday 18th July. seeing my t bills cert might likely carry a latter date, maybe 23rd July, I hope the date discrepancies wont be an issue?

2. at what point should i request for statement from the bank? should it show balance before Tbills deduction or balance after T bIlls.

i sincerely hope my questions dont look stvpid sha?? grin grin na just how the whole thing dey play for my head.

Hi,guys! I dunno why I've been having this feeling (for sometime )to share my story as regards this beloved journey.
I had always wanted to live abroad since i was a kid. My aunt has been living in the UK for almost 18years now,i love(d) the way we all welcome her when she comes for vacay(not anymore sha) hu she epp?! I eventually had the opportunityof going to Jand for my elective posting in 2014,got home and thanked my Dad immensely based on what i saw. Right there and then,i vowed never to live i this country. Not UK sha,HAD always been the US.

I got to know about exp entry in may 2017 at the NYSC camp ,Ikare-akoko. My bestie told me about it and i sprung into action. I tried to gather more info about it because i assumed it was a 'simple' means of legit abroad residency. I had stumbled on nairaland when i wanted to go to the US embassy few months earlier. Luckily,i got the visa ,my bestie also got hers. We were always talking about travelling in camp. So,i joined this thread in the early part 3 days. Part 2 had just ended then. In those days, you dare not ask anyhow question, you would get the generic 'go to page 0' response from about 10people in the space of 5minutes. I learnt alot from this thread,i claimed my HST refund because i had read painstakingly. Scanned through page 2 and then continued page 3 till now. No ppr yet sha
My WES story
I wanted to go to the US for MPH badly. I loved(still love) the graduation paparazzi in the abroad schools;e dey shack me..i no know why sef .so ,i started WES US evaluation. During my NYSC days, you could palpate the boredom i went through, this page became my solace and i changed my mind about WES US evaluation. Thankfully,i was stuck at the verification stage,no thanks to NASU strike. I asked WES US if she could refund my money and transfer my documents to WES CANADA . I only tried and it worked! Now,i got another reference number for WES canada,my verification was sent using WES USref.nos. it was never delivered as the WES US account had been de-activated. That one too delayed me for monthssss. In all,my wes evaluation was from JULY 2017 TILL AUGUST 23,2018.

IELTS BATTLE.
My first Ielts was for academic purpose. Had 8.5 in academic reading
Then i started General afterwards. Wrote that thrice
My 2nd attempt was a near miss..6.5 in Reading which was the easiest for me.well,i was 'showing' then and didnt study very well for reading because i assumed it was my strongest point. Oh! I wept like someone died,i swear. My co-workers thought someone died. I had to tell them no one died, make dem calm.down
3rd attempt. Hmmm! I had already paid for the exam. Started studying then i became ill and was placed on bedrest. I was soo bothered about the exam,my child first ofcourse, and insisted i was not ill. Scan wrongly diagnosed incompetent cervix. Then,i had another scan in a 'better' diagnostic centre which said all was well and was discharged a day before the main exam. I was made to sign that i 'DAMA-ed' when i was going to do my speaking test, from speaking test centre to the diagnostic centre then the hospital where i was discharged. That day ehnnn,i reminded myself i have to leave this country asap. Ffg day,i went to write the remaining parts. LRWS 8.5977.5i wept again;this time around-for joy. Oh! I forgot to mention that my hubby had to write too. Hmmmm! That was a battle. I really do understand when some sisters on this thread say their hubby isnt keen on this journey. I had to pay for the exam from one money we were still thinking of how to spend and sent oga receipt that he shld start studying since he was on leave. He thought i was joking till he got home and he started receiving mod mails. That was how i won the battle.
CRS was on 438 with my 2years work exp,my and hubby's ielts,my wes evaluation which is equivalent to a masters degree.
Oga was becoming interested gradually gradually after the exam. He had to confess one day that i know book o. M like ehn ehn! Emi olodo rapata.

Medicals! #smh for Qlife
With faith,i booked medicals ahead prior my last Ielts. By then,i was 6months gone.We got 31st January. Got to qlife past 11am. I assumed i heard 8-12pm. The receptionists were soo colddd and nasty. I begged and begged tire, dem no gree. As we booked another appointment for 4th of april ,one of them now informed us of the newprice effective feb 1.m like no wonder!
I put to bed 10days before the new medicals appointment and my village pple were waiting as there was still blood in my urine. I was given another appointment (5days max) to come for repeat urinalysis. I began to pray ,chei! Travelled all the way again and paid 2,500 extra. All was well

The waitttttt
we had to wait for me to have 3years work experience because we needed to cut the cost of hubby's wes evaluation and the stress especially. Also, the evaluation may not be ready till march from December. The same period of time needed for me to get 3 years work exp. So,we chilled. 1st of March, crs was auto-updated to 463..
Ita asap. 1st ita was declined due to incomplete pof. By the time we got the 2nd ita,our account was updated to add our bbb. Passport race began from lagos to ibadan to osogbo. In all, newborn baby's passport cost us about 45k to obtain after paying for 3WEEKS express processing. I gatecrashed qlife because i already asked one of the frontdesk ladies if i could walk-in for my baby's medicals. She said no aloud , later whispered yes and added that i should ask of her if she isnt on seat whenever i come. I got there and one of dem was doing like olorikori,na so i spot my helper o;walked up to her and she instructed the cold lady to do it for me. I was too excited.
Atlast, AOR june 18.
Ibi a n lo o jina to ibi a ti n bo(where we dey go no far reach where we don waka pass).
Started this journey 2years ago and can boldly say i gather more strength from people's story everyday on this thread.
My only regret thus far is that i didnt show KEEN interest initially.

A friend needs help with this too. UNILAG informed him they've sent the verification but WES is yet to acknowledge after one week. If anyone knows more about this or how to solve the problem, the help will be appreciated.
