Upperhill was a residential area about 10-15yrs ago. The same with westlands. Obviously the roads for residential areas - are narrow - and there is no need for footpaths -and the work. You know Nairobi has mostly planned city - and overnight when a zone like upperhill or westland is allowed to say build skycrappers - in 5yrs - the area totally changes.
