I really do not see the big deal in posting evidence here if you got paid. This is a very sensitive period and it’s really unfair to behave just anyhow.
Also, please what does ‘seconded’ mean. Talking about some Nnpc employees deligated to Nlng project. Would they still be in Nnpc payroll or Nnpc is giving them to Nlng.
Furthermore I heard someone say Nlng pays more than Nnpc which I still don’t understand how.

NLNG is not a subsidiary of NNPC. NLNG is an independent JV that operates and runs on the shell model. NNPC are the majority shareholder of the JV followed by Shell, Total and ENI, the other members of the JV.

NLNG staffs are not NNPC or shell staffs nor do they work in the other companies that are part of the JV. Although some managerial and Directorial positions are reserved for some staffs of the individual companies that formed the JV.

Some internal vacancies are also opened to staffs from NNPC or Shell and if they get the position, they are referred to as "secondees". They stay for a period of four years and after which, they return to their parent companies.

And YES, for below managerial positions, NLNG pays more. FAR MORE.

Can be less if you are recalled or if you were sent on training but if you are a secondee for a particular job role it’s usually three or four years max.

If you are a seconded, will you be paid by Nnpc and Nlng together?
