Cutiekatty: How do you know the herbal mixture is helping out for the the enlarged spleen?! Alright. Now, the causes to an enlarge spleen are quite plenty. The cause could be metabolic derangement, could be hematogenous(relating to blood) or even structural. This requires a clinical investigation that will cover for a special management. When this is not done within when the body is keeping a balance, the spleen will keep on enlarging until when an acute abdomen becomes complicated. You have to avoid this. Avoid this by seeking help from a reputable hospital around that will take it upon herself to investigate what is responsible or identify the triggering factor to this complaint. Least to worried about is the ovarian cyst especially if the cyst is a normal cyst. It will definitely come off it growth within a short time. |

umt13: You need an antianxiety drug and possibly a mood stabilizer. Some side effects of antidepressant meds are suicidal thoughts and ideations. Seek help ASAP. I will advice you to stop taking that antidepressant immediately and seek help. |

Hello. Sorry to bother you all. Thank you for the invaluable information and advice. I'm wondering if there are any psychiatrists here? |
Re: Doctor in the House: Free Medical Advice Available by Nobody: 8:36pm On Jul 27, 2019 |
Saucyxo: Lol. Bad advice. If it is causing suicidal tendencies, and increased anxiety it is advised that he stops. |
Re: Doctor in the House: Free Medical Advice Available by Saucyxo: 8:49pm On Jul 27, 2019 |
pDudd: Lol. If you suddenly stop any antidepressants that cause increased anxiety it will make it 100x worse. It may give you hallucinations, extreme paranoia. Every single doctor will tell you this. If its giving you suicidal thoughts (which I assumed was due to the anxiety not the medication) and you stop suddenly, it will get 10x worse. That's how antidepressants work. You have to stop slowly. |
Re: Doctor in the House: Free Medical Advice Available by Nobody: 8:52pm On Jul 27, 2019 |
Saucyxo: I told him to stop taking it and seek medical help immediately. Did you read that part? It is making things worse and you want him to continue? Sorry, but from my training he needs to stop cos it is worsening his condition. He needs to seek help immediately because his doctor needs to evaluate him and possibly put him on a different antidepressant type cos it is obvious this one isn't helping. |
Re: Doctor in the House: Free Medical Advice Available by Saucyxo: 8:54pm On Jul 27, 2019 |
pDudd: I did. I'm sorry but you're wrong. You seek medical help and they'll tell you to lower your dose slowly each week until you stop completely. I told him to not stop taking without supervision. Did you read that part ? . |
Re: Doctor in the House: Free Medical Advice Available by Nobody: 8:57pm On Jul 27, 2019 |
Saucyxo: Nope. They need to put him on another type and not lower the dose. |
Re: Doctor in the House: Free Medical Advice Available by Saucyxo: 9:01pm On Jul 27, 2019 |
pDudd: I completely agree. Antidepressants are extremely habit forming and can cause extreme withdrawal symptoms. You cannot stop any antidepressants just like that. Unless you're at a starter dose maybe. The most common antidepressant prescribed are SSRIs and you do not want for stop taking those suddenly. They have very very harmful side effects that are worse than current state. The only way to stop using an antidepressant is to lower the dose until you stop using it completely. So from a 20mg to a 10mg to a 5mg for a week each. Unless you are at a 5mg already. |

Saucyxo: Finally we agree. |
Re: Doctor in the House: Free Medical Advice Available by Saucyxo: 9:09pm On Jul 27, 2019 |
pDudd: No. You gave wrong information out of ignorance but I'm guessing with good intention. Mental health is a tricky issue. It's best to approach with caution. |

[quote author=2Ballz post=80540372] The size is not problematic. But the location and degree of diffusion of the myomas(fibroid) can make the difference both to stand as factors to either worsen the bleeding during pregnancy, increase fetal stress or cause symptoms that could cause health complications for you. This is rare for the later. Going in for a myomectomy(fibroid removal) is not significant but for necessity leading to your comfort from complaint own to it, you may need it. thank you very much sir my challenge is my husband has not gone for semen analysis then then urine test show candidiasis for me but nothing for him I once ran hsg which was show one of the tubes to be partially blocked so now during this August break I want to see if I should go for tubal flushing then plead with my husband to go for semen analysis what other advice do you have for me once again thank you sir |

bashiruhammed97: Many things can affect the color of your urine. 1. Are you taking any drugs for any illness? 2. Are you fasting? 3. Do you take very little amount of water daily? 4. Does your urine foam (frothy)? 5. Dyou void large quantity of urine? 6. Have you notice any blood in urine? 1 Like |
