if I use Airtel and MTN to browse on my phone. .... my phone will not be hot... but cool like russian soil



if I use Glo.. na high temperature..... not extremely hot...


I need to avoid Glo ..

Try talking it to a repairer to unclip the battery & clip it back.. Might also be that the battery is dead and needs to be outrightly replaced.

The Redmi note 7 is far better, you can only compare the the Galaxy A50 with the Redmi note 7.

it's a battery issue. Get a good USB cable and a 5v 2Amp charger. Leave the phone plugged in for a while. It would start charging from 0%. Works every time the issue pops up on the thread.

Thanks. I don't think it is battery issue as it was at 64% before the issue. Besides, I have plugged it in with follow come charger since but still nothing at all

Tried holding power button for as long as 15 secs? If it doesn't work, then plug it to power and hold power button + volume down. If nothing happens, then open it up and remove the battery connector, reinsert it and try power on again.

I have done all except the last part as I don't know how to remove the case. I will go to phone repair center tomorrow for that.

Does the phone have a notification light. I think it should. Anyway, does the notification light indicate any light at all?
