Good. You didn't tell us the state of the battery after it powered on.

Before it shutdown, it was around 64%, but 83% and charging after it powered on because I've been charging it

They are both good device... I opted for cheaper one in R7

Oh sorry, thought you are talking about R7.
You can only compare with R7. Not close to Rn7

Team Win Recovery Project. It is useful for flashing roms, rooting, modifications, wiping, resetting and other things that my Ogas here can explain better.

Vivo z1 pro would've been a better option than both tbh.
Anyone know the price of bs2 highest storage and how does it compare with rog2?

Lenovo z6 lite is actually a better option for me. Cheaper too

Thanks guys.. Can't wait to join the fam. grin

Lemme confirm a few things.. Once I get the device, do I need to charge to 100% before usage or start using like that? If I'm to start using, should I drain the battery completely or use to a certain percentage before charging?

No mind my plenty questions. Na battery and camera (esp battery) be the main reason I'm getting the phone. grin

I'm aware I'm to turn off WiFi and Bluetooth scanning once I get the device. What else should a brother do?

Elantraceey.. Make una ready to do welcome party for me oo grin

Buy realme 3 for almost the same amount. Much better than the Redmi 7, it's in the same league as the Redmi note 7. Thank me later

Don't want to start any argument, apart from Processor and battery size, the Redmi Note 7 is ahead of Realme 3 in every other thing.

Rear camera of the Realme 3 is much better than the Redmi Note 7. It's a better option than the Redmi 7 for sure.

To add images from other albums in the Photos tab, navigate to that folder and hit the three-dot icon at the top-right corner. Select Show in Photos from the menu. All the images from this particular folder will now appear under the Photos tab

I so do not want to do this, but I find myself doing it.

Realme runs the mediatek p70 which is more battery efficient and faster. Redmi note 7 runs the SD 660 that gives better graphics and gets more support. in most of the ranking for phone processors based on usage and benchmark, most tech reviewers pick the SD 660 over the p70 not to say that the p70 is not great, cus it is.

The Redmi note 7 has a better display, better screen protection, better Bluetooth Connectivity and many others.

The case of the rear camera of the realme 3 being better than the redmi note 7 might likely be true, then the power of GCAM overshadows that.

in all fairness, the comparison should not be with Redmi note 7.

I do agree it has a definite edge over Redmi 7

Global Version of Realme runs on P60, it is the Indian Version that runs on p70

Processor : Mi CC9 SD 710 Vs SD 660 RN7

Display: CC9 Amoled Vs LCD RN7

Memory : Better Memory options over the RN7

Connectivity: CC9 has only one LTE Band (3) that works in Nigeria Vs More 4G bands on the RN7

Camera: Better Cameras on the CC9 than RN7.

the RN7 shouldn't be compared with CC9 but CC9e and even at that CC9e has some advantages.

The only issue I have with CC9 and CC9e is the connectivity issues. The one 4G band is a no-no for me. Except you are satisfied with using only Airtel,Etisalat or Glo(if you are in areas that have band 3 anyway), I won't recommend these phones.
Thanks
