You are actually the ignorant fellow here.
This is NAIRALAND, an anonymous forum, what make you think those people gloating over police are Igbos or they represent Igbo views..

Even you that is a confused tribalist, you myopic view don't mirror our view.
Thanks my bro. Leave the stoopid fellow, probably doing owo mi da? In Lagos while we become his landlord in Lagos.
The tribalistic tripe is calling the other guy a tribalist.

Whatever mess Nigeria is in, Yorubers have no right to complain because they did not just join to put a bad in leader in off office, they elected a jihadist.

Igbos own the informal economy and we have the best standard of living by a far stretch. Go to Abeokuta and Ikene in Ogun state to see how wretched and lazy these Yorubers are.

Then let the Igbos on the forum come out to condemn them. Silence in most cases suggests acquiescence.

You think the real Igbo majority would leave their shop at upper iweka, Alaba Int'l, Ladipo, Ochanja, Auto-Parts, balogun etc and be exchanging words on nairaland where they is no financial reward per post.

The same monikers that did "we the South South" are exactly the once doing "we igbos" now.

In summary don't believe everything you see on social media.

You guys are disgusting with your wicked and vengeful hearts. You only live to celebrate what you believe to be negative development for Nigeria/Yoruba/Fulani. It is only you nitwit deeming this a fight between Yoruba and Fulani. Last I checked, the number two and number four Nigerians are Yorubas so your mor.onic reasoning is dead on arrival

Even assuming all protestors were Yoruba, which can never be the case in Lagos, would it not make sense they are just protesting against the Government, which consist of powerful Yorubas, and not "Fulani". You guys are petty and parochial and this is the reason you are fifth class today and zero in Nigerian politics.
SHUTUP!!!

When Igbos were fighting for their own freedom via IPOB protesting against Buhari's dictatorship and tribalistic leadership some years back, what happened You same Yorubas were jubilating and cheering the Nigerian army to continue killing innocent unarmed IPOB youths who were not carrying any arms or weapon....you lots were busy posting videos and pictures of your army python dancers humiliating unarmed civilians protesting for freedom...and now you expect sympathy or pity or cooperation or whatever from the same people you mocked during their own struggle...you are the foolish, pathetic mor***on here if you don't know.

Again you guys had the opportunity to change the useless, old man's failed government this year, what happened? because of your kinsman Osinbajo and Tinubu's political interest, you blatantly voted the same old man in and even attacked Igbos in Lagos for trying to come out en mass to vote out this same Jihadist you are now pretentiously trying to start a fake revolution against, nansense people!!!

No revolution will work in Nigeria, you can bookmark this page...its a waste of time and energy and resources...if you guys truly want change in Nigeria, then fight for peaceful division of Nigeria into as many regions that wish to form their own nation as possible or at worst, fight for Nigeria to restructure and go back to regional system of government with each region having their own autonomy and government, if not, all these pretentious revolution by a former political thug of the same people in power today won't work.

Sowore is only trying to make himself the most popular young Presidential aspirant come 2023 so that by then, majority of Nigerians will queue behind him and vote for him to become Nigeria's president in the pretest that he led a revolution against Buhari's bad government, but I tell you, the oracle of Bourdillion, the former drug baron cum political godfather known as BAT will rather die than see Sowore snatch away his Southwest political popularity at the moment!

So go and sit down one place!! Wicked, selfish people who only want people to pity them when they are crying but will mock others when they are cryingangry angry

Fifth class and Zero in Nigerian politics , but not as poor and unfortunate as the North that has hold on to power for years .

Which Yoruba state is doing well economically apart from Lagos that's obviously a "No man's land"?

This is what you Igbos do. Live in fantasy to the extent fact and proven statistics matter nought to you guys. So Eastern States are doing economically better than SW States then? Check the list of 20 richest states in Nigeria below and make what you will of it. Even a dunce will note the SW is doing better than the SE with all her States represented bar Ekiti. You guys just talk dishonestly and in a braggart manner only to be ripped apart by the pragmatic Yorubas who always work with facts and not propaganda and lies.

You guys above can be deceived easily.
You play into the hands of the politicians/elites/government who want you to be in disarray by using tribal sentiments to fight yourselves, hence, neglecting their wickedness over the years.
The politicians/government/elites are united(without tribal differences) in their agenda to continue with the policies that favor them alone and subjugate the lower class to perpetual slavery.
Be wise!
Poverty knows no tribe.
What you do not know is that, the upper class is not affected by tribal affiliation, so, they kept on waxing stronger in their negativism.
The lower class, who has a larger population and has the capacity to effect drastic change is being held at the jugular by petty tribal differences.
Recently in Egypt, revolution became successfully carried out to logical end as the common people were united in their common goal,"root out the rotten government"and they succeeded.
The Nigeria government is rotten.
It takes a united lower class to battle this rotten government.

I have been reading some comments here online, and suffice me to say, Nigeria has never been so divisive like this before. I can't imagine while some so grown up adults or should i describe them as adults with childish mentality would come online to troll each other on issues that are meant to unite us together irrespective of religious or tribal divides. For crying out loud this move by Sowore to liberate the town trodden citizens from the shackles of anti-policies of this government is something that each and every well-meaning citizen should welcome and encouraged. The fact that he comes from the other side of divide doesn't make it a yoruba or southwest thing, it is movement and agitation that is aimed to address the problems that have bedeviled the citizenry ever since this govt. came to power , which i believe that in one way or the other those of you here calling yourselves name, insulting each other based on tribal sentiment and reminding us of history has been affected negatively. Please my fellow nl let's stop all this tauting and castigation, and come together in one voice and in one accord and support this move. i am an ibo by tribe and i'm 100% in support of #revolution now#. Enough of divide and rule orchestrated by our so called leaders that have brought us to this level.
