This is more of fantasy. Our bodies are connected through an elastic cord very difficult to break. It takes something close to the power of an angel to break the silver cord.

There are some dangers associated with soul travel, missing your body is not one of them.

Astral travel is not essentially to explore (if you mean curiosity).

I am not nigerian, never been to nigeria, so I ignore any of the Yoruba orisa system. But from what I read, the ogboni group seems to know what they are doing. I don't know if they are yoruba or not.
