Good morning nairalanders, I registered with Betking sport online and I deposited 1k to my account and I activated the 100% welcome bonus of which 2k was credited to my bonus account and none to my main account .
So I staked the total of my bonus account (2k) and I won 50k of which it was still credited to my bonus account .So I read the bonus terms and conditions and it was displayed that I have to stake X4 of my first deposit before it will be credited to my main account.
I staked a game accumulation of 5(five) odd and I staked 10k at early hours of today and 10k was debited from my initial bonus account and I was left with 40k my issue now is the game was recorded as loss while none of the accumulated games has started and my money was deducted.
Have messaged them via Facebook and have also emailed them too of which they promised to rectify it.So I just want to confirm if it as happened to anyone here before or what requirements is demanded before I can be able to withdraw to my bank accounts please I need help urgently

Have you not been hearing complaints about betking scamming people?

Hi Dahgifted, we are sorry to hear you feel that way, the bonus condition is that Bets must have at least one selection greater than 1.5 and a minimum total odd of 3. So out of the 5 odds you staked on, one of the events must have odds greater than 1.49 King.

This is not true king. We would be happy to resolve any challenges you currently have or had. We have T&C's that contain our bonus conditions, that have to be agreed to before activating the 100% welcome bonus.

Is that why I was debited and the game was recorded as lost?
Meanwhile I won the game and I wasn't my money wasn't refunded so as my winnings too

Your bonus is a scam.

Why is withdrawal of funds taking so long to complete .. whereas depositing of funds is as fast as speed of light .my 2 different withdrawal request hasn't been credited for days now
