Not really, It is not written specifically anywhere in the Bible that it should be taken in the morning, afternoon or night, Christ and his disciples took it and they never instructed Christians to take it whether morning or afternoon, anytime of the day it is taken is not important but doing it in remembrance of Christ is what matters

Guy don't be confused, Communion started with Catholic Church ,those men only copied it and try to be defining it in their own terms. There are so many mystery's the catholic church knows that the Protestant doesn't. E.g the books that were removed from the Bible which the original is in the custody of Catholic

You should have said the Catholic Church instituted the Lord's supper.

How about the apostles? Did they only take communion in the evening/nights? The only commandment Christ gave was "do this in memory of me", there was no addendum like "at night alone".

The man is really causing confusion in Christendom. The eating of passover is at night according to the Old law(Jewish tradition). In Corinthians the apostles were advised to perform Communion in memorial of Christ at anytime as they want.
The only caveat is that you bring condemnation if you take it unworthily. These are the kinds of heresies that destroy Christianity. It is hightime we as Nigerians critique certain statements from our spiritual heads, remember they are also humans like us and are also fighting for their redemption like us so we should always try to rationalize most of these statements from them and stop following them like Zombies.
