Vitex is a hormonal balancing supplement, and the extent it needs to achieve that balance differs from one person to another. I will only advice you take it till you achieve your aim. Even in pregnancy, you shouldn't stop outrightly. Gradual withdraw is what is required so you don't disturb the balance it created when baby is still implanting.

For the Chinese teas, rather than not starting your treatment at all because of them, I will say start with what you can lay your hands on for now. You can look for kola nut bark and boil too, the extract is a good Fallopian tubal cleansing tonic. Or original Ajumbaise with its condiments. Take your castor oil Massage seriously and I believe you will get result.

I started late June
