I can remember the same thing happened last year and WAEC came out to say they do not release state by state analysis of results.

Heck, even the student has not been announced yet.

WAEC never said the information released was false. it only said the RANKING wasn't DONE BY THEM. So the ranking is correct.

If you have never had a dealing with WAEC, you won't understand how confused and complicated they are. Its possible WAEC released that rating and the person handling that Twitter don't know anything about the rating. I remember sometime ago I wrote to WAEC for copyright. I was referred to over 10 offices here and in Ghana. I was given plenty phone numbers to call. I wrote letters to several offices. At the end of the day I discovered many officials don't know what each office can handle. They are just a bunch of confused individuals

waec is a very complicated company. They are very careful with students documents, nothing goes missing, very confidential and your everything with them are safe as f**k. I don't know the level of importance of what you asked them buh i can assure you they don't joke with students. You can even recall your examination papers after few years of writing maybe you need to confirm the markings or to serve as exhibit. You'll get it, they don't take students life lightly so prolly what you wanted wasn't very much important or prolly irrelevant. I know about them because i worked for them as an ad-hoc staff.

I had been awaiting a counter authentic statistics from WAEC after this childish alarm. The political WAEC .
