hi mama's, have started my serapeptase and Chinese tea m120spu morning and 120spu at night including the Chinese tea, I also started my vitamin E 1000mg I will stop before ovulation, I also added my folic acid, vitamin b complex and ferrous, hope am good to go??
but the castor oil massage I couldn't do it because I leave home early for work, so I just rub small on the down part of my Belly before going out and i do the same before going to bed, will it still be effective??

I joined a paid TTC telegram group earlier this year, the admin sent me a Dm on July 9th asking me to advertise my forever living fertility supplements on the group cos she read them up and they are good for TTC women.

Good day Fruitful mamas. I have come to return all the glory to God. I am currently 3months plus pregnant. I haven't been online because I have been in and out of the hospital. But today , I have come to share the good news with you beautiful women. And this is me using myself as a point of contact reaching out to all those who are waiting for the fruit of the womb. Went for scan and they said I had left ovarian dermoid cyst( which must be removed through surgery) and multiple uterine fibroids with the biggest at 6cm.And I noticed I wasn't seeing the EWCM again. I sha continued my life and was praying. Though I work offshores so I was hardly in town(atimes a month out of town, other times 2month). But anytime I saw my period, I would wail. I joined a fertility boost challenge in Nov 2018. They told us to buy fertile aid, royal jelly, baking soda, vit e,d and some other supplements. I was taking them religiously, in dec, I had the ewcm, I was so happy. I and DH turned the house upside down with DTD. I saw my period that month and i wailed again. At a point, I stopped with the royal jelly because it was too expensive and finishes every 15days. I sha continued the EPO and vit e but stopped when it finished. I even bought omodara from this platform. Took it once and I was in severe cramps, I stopped immediately. At 8weeks, I went for scan, the fibroids were still there but no ovarian cyst and there was an active fetal pole.

Thank you. I rinse the herbs very well and I boiled with just water for I like 20 minutes and I monitored it so it won't foam and pour out.

Mama pls don't add that one you called erin awonka o. That one you saw in the picture was igi obi root that is the root of cola tree. At first just like you said, I got all other herb but couldn't get that epo igi obi(cola tree shell) because it was scarce so the lady said she has the root that it's the same thing so I bought it but after I left her shop I was still asking around until I got from one woman epo igi obi. But since it's the root, I didn't throw it away I added it and boiled with other herbs.
Mama I use it for just 2 days in a month and that was all. Day 1, morning and evening then day 2, morning and evening and that was all for that month. Then the next month I went for sono HSG.

am doing my first hsg next cycle since my TVS and scan have been coming out perfect,so tomorrow i will get the herbs from Yoruba shade, thanks.
