Your inference is constructive, the october resumption thing looks more like it, the new DSDP (direct sales of crude oil and Direct Purchase of petroleum products) arrangement by NNPC awarded to 15 companies(bid winners) kick starts 1st october 2019 and terminates 30th september 2020. On another note i have an hunch that although back door influence cannot be eliminated however it will be minimal in this recruitment, my reason is very unintelligent though but i think the new GMD has a lot to prove at this early stage of his appointment (integrity, capacity e.t.c). His level of compromises is likely to be minimal (even legit ones may be turned down).
