Please i need guidance. I want to begin the process of getting a CIPM certification. What should be my budget, what are the various examination stages i would need( i have a Bsc in Accounting), where are the examination centers in Lagos, etc?. I would appreciate any help i can get on these plus other relevant information.

Are you looking for a Study Centre. I know one. It's so far the best on the island.

Please, everyone, don't pay attention to people who are asking you to sit at home and study on your own. Yes, you may pass the exams, but I tell you the truth, you may not fully grasp what the whole HR business and its core competencies are about. There's also a high chance of failing the exams... the exams are not a piece of cake. For people who are looking to practise, especially those who are new to the HR Profession,please o study centres are very important.

Even for those already practicing. It makes your understanding and assimilation better.

Best you attend a study centre... for the sake of discipline and commitment. If you're new to the HR profession, the lectures would help you understand better what you ar getting into. Merely reading the texts to pass won't suffice.

I also heard I can register during NYSC but they don't really recognize the one gotten during NYSC.

Don't depend exclusively on past questions. Try to read your study pack front to back. Understanding is the ultimate key!

Hi, dear. A B.Sc in Accounting starts you off at Intermediate 1. Fees have been increased. I'll confirm what the budget it.

Seeing as you are coming from a non-HR background, finding a good study centre is paramount. It would help you better understand what the whole HR gist is about... so you can become an efficient practitioner. Early preparation is key.
