Nakuru city in Kenya has 10 floors restriction. The reason it's sits on a faulty line and is susceptible to earth tremors. In Nairobi most estate have varied height restrictions - single dwellings - some have 4 floors heights - but in Nairobi as soon as heigh restriction is lifted in a zone - you see SKYSCRAPERS sprouting immediately - like Westlands, Upperhill and now Kilimani - coz we GOT MONEY TO BUILD STUFF.
