generationz: Something like that sha. I'm a freelancer but jobs are not always available so I try to maximize my time on QA. It's been all good so far. I can't remember the last time I made less than 20k in a week I worked on QA fully... 2 Likes |

What if a rep and a customer is on convo and then another person in the background of the customer makes a comment related to the convo (just once, because the person can hear what they are discussing) and the rep laughs. Should it be transcribed? |

Good morning guys. Last week, I worked on 5 calls, got the following ratings 5=3, 2=1, 1=1 and my average rating score for the week is showing 2.5 instead of 3.6. What should I do? Is there someone I can complain to? I think it's an error. |
