2zona:And I almost got tempted to sell UBA today, anyways, this bear market may still punish the stock for declaring same interim dividend with last year. Mr Market over to you. Lols |

Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by stcool(m): 3:36pm On Aug 30, 2019 |
I did not like the fidelity result... Hence the money I kept to add to my fidelity shares out of anger I bought UBA. I would accumulate UBA from here....I like what I see! |

pluto09:Same 20k. I don't think market will punish it, if a stock of 6naira is paying 20k while that of 26 paid 30k, I think we should give credit to UBA. It will move up. 1 Like |

I hope CBN will not scatter things sha. The LDR of Tier 1 banks are too low but CBN has to find another way of assisting them to meet the 60% threshold. That of Fidelity is a sequel to none. akinssan: |

Mcy56:The way the stock has been so resistant to go above 6 is just so annoying. Lets see if it will break out and establish 6 naira support on Monday. |

2zona: Make them hold on...I just started buying. I need to accumulate a good quantity below N6. No need for UBA to rush and rise in my opinion. In a bull market UBA can easily hit N10. I need to buy more below N6 |
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by veecovee: 4:01pm On Aug 30, 2019 |
Mcy56: Bought some to today before I came across this info, I even called Ogochukwu and she authenticated the information. I feel like picking more on monday 4 Likes |

pluto09: Pluto oooo, abeg I get one kain qestion... At a point today, FO had about 700k units as total offer quantity and average price for all these units couldn't be more than N18.05. What stops Ignite from coming for these units rather than paying N66 for 500k units. I hope say na confirmation biase or Sir Jack Daniels dey disturb me shaaa. 1 Like 1 Share |

Mcy56: By now you ought to have learnt CP stock in trade. So you think FO is a good deal whereas stockbrokers don't have money to mop up the little availability offers on the floor but have the time to send memos. Don't worry very soon CP will abandon you like he did in Transcorp and his other monkey huntings stocks 2 Likes |

They bought from Ote$ at N66 and after then price continued to nosedive. They will do anything to save the price. I just avoid such stocks... With NSE I am not in a hurry! My pain is if on Monday they rush out of FO, they will now come and bid UBA higher for me. I just wanted to continue accumulating UBA below N6 until yr end. |

Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by pluto09(m): 4:53pm On Aug 30, 2019 |
rebekah2011: That is my major concern. UBA has a good result but how will the CBN policy on LDR affect them going forward as they seem to have one of the lowest LDR in the industry. |
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by rebekah2011(m): 4:59pm On Aug 30, 2019 |
Another thought just popped up within me. Zenith, Gtbank and UBA have African subsidiaries that contribute to the bottom line. I need to go and check the Nigerian figures to get a good perspective of the LDR for the 3 banks. Is Access Bank results not coming again ni? pluto09: |

stcool: They CLAIMED to purchased 75% stake at a whopping N66 per share from Ote$ where as in another newspaper publication they were pleading with their shellholders not to sell at subN20. Last wk they saw their yeye stock was trading at N14 jejely heading to it N6 fairvalue the same set of crooks had emergency meeting and QUICKLY came up with another story of purchasing at N62 and some gullibles are jumping up Most Nigerian CEO's are nothing but CROOKS, I only WEEP for uninformed investors 3 Likes
