Somehow the two intelligent kids outsmart the witch and instead of being eaten ,they set the evil witch on fire and escapes with her treasures to live happily ever after with their recently widowed father *

Elo leans closer to Diane who must have been expecting a kiss , instead Elo shuts his eyes and falls asleep .
