No one knew he was going to turn out good. we actually went for a more established and coach with more acheivement in LVG, but things didn't work out.

If you notice, I’m not 100% Ole out, though I believe he’s tactically not the kind of manager we need as his system thrive on spaces behind the opponent, nothing is wrong with counter attacking system but we need to be able to break opponent down when they sit back because 70% of the teams we will play will sit back and want to hit us on the counter. He need to find a way to do that.

Most importantly, we need to get rid of these players, we need be sincere with ourselves, it has to come to a time when we accept those players we think will come good will amount to nothing with us and move on from there. OGS need to be sincere with himself and stop the favoritisms or else he will blame himself. We are no longer in the 90 and early 20s. I wish him well.

I still don't expect this team to perform any miracles. The midfield is trash. Is Greenwood creative or he goes for goals. How creative is James. Perreira is on and off. He can't pass for being creative. In summary we will still huff and puff, dominate games, concede and score, and end up with a draw or lose
