AIG07: I think he was okay. He was about to be subbed even before that incidence for tactical reasons by the coach. The sun was not injury related |

andrew444: Now you are beginning to see the unnecessary hype of Naija players. Anyways I came here to see how Iwobi will be hyped and I can say that I'm not disappointed. Imagine someone saying Pepe is a waste because of one match? Okay oi 1 Like |

darkelf: And where is the overhype of Iwobi? In my opinion Iwobi fits better into the Arsenal team than Pepe. Pepe needs to learn to pass the ball. Too many unnecessary dribbles. Pepe needs to adjust his game to be a success at Arsenal. 5 Likes 1 Share |

Sam Tighe on Ramon Azeez Ramon Azeez (Granada) has had a huge impact on this game as a second-half sub. Completely swung the midfield battle - which Granada were losing - with his mix of tenacity off the ball and poise on it, and has just scored a lovely goal. 3-0! 8 Likes 2 Shares

Since he left, even Tank has been playing shit. pepe is good no doubt but he should go watch Arjen Robben clips... he should have scored today. Didier Deschamp must be an idiot o...see better striker wey him dey use do shakara. 2 Likes |

Lol.... Make that Forgiveness and me. I have always rated Azeez after his fine U-17 displays back in 2009. I remember his rocket against Korea that had Heung Min Son. Always loved his confidence on the ball in the middle. He didn't have the sparkling rise other young talents had and really struggled for a while to stay relevant but he battled on nonetheless and I am glad. He took time to finally settle into his talents and let things flow and I am so so so glad for the lad now. We need this Azeez back in the Super Eagles. His WC outing in 2014 was just a prelude. He looks even more ready now. Th same way I felt towards Azeez back in 2009 is the same way I feel towards Kelechi Nwakali. Always saw both as answers to The Team's Midfield enforcer/dictator role.
