THE RAGE

I don't know if this is due to my mental health or my grievances against my parents but recently I'm very concern that someday in a not too distant time I'm going to die in a fist fight due to my uncontrollable rage.

Im very jovial in nature with a very good sense of humour but I always snap to slight provocations, things as petty as a customer pricing things in my hand always degenerate into hot arguments, and I always feel threatened whenever things are not going my way no matter how small.
When someone snub my greetings my blood will rise to the point of feeling so much hatred for the person with considering the fact that the person may not be paying attention at the time of the greetings, I know this thing is a problem that lies somewhere in my head but I can't seem to understand it.
Things others would settle with mere jokes always doesn't go down well whenever im involved and always all the time I've been hearing this (Are we fighting before?) remark from people I've interacted with, I have this steel mind that's unwavering even in face of guys who are more physical than me, even when I know I'll get hurt if things become confrontational I don't ever b ack down for anyone and im very sure my days of getting hurt in a fist or botle fights are numbered

Look for ways to safely release your anger (finding a hobby perhaps) so people dont give you unnecessary label and make you feel bad about yourself.
