HELLO 1) THE SCHOOLS FEES DOESNT HAVE TO BE PAID FROM HIS ACCOUNT, ITS NOT THE EMBASSY'S CONCERN, YOU CAN PAY FROM ANY ACCOUNT AS LONG AS YOU GET THE RECEIPT OF PAYMENT 2)IT'S NOT NECESSARY EXCEPT YOU HAVE A A GOOD FUNDS THERE, IF YOUR SPONSORS HAS ENOUGH FUNDS TO COVER YOUR LIVING EXPENSES, THEN ITS NOT NECESSARY 3) YES HE CAN, YOU WILL HAVE TO SHOW EVIDENCE OF RELATIONSHIP 4)YES, JUST HIS CAC CERTIFICATE IS SUFFICIENT, TO SHOW HOWS HES A BUSINESSMAN AND HOW HE GETS THE FUNDS IN HIS ACCOUNT 5) YES OF COURSE, AS LONG AS HE GETS A LETTER FROM HIS BANK INDICATING HE'S THE SOLE SIGNATORY TO THAT ACCOUNT DID I ANSWER ALL YOUR QUESTIONS?YOU CAN SEND A MAIL FOR FURTHER CLARIFICATION SHA ANEGBE84: |

Hello louiscares Please I sent you a PM please can you show me the letter of extension you got from TUD and the email you sent to them requesting for the letter of extension Louiscares post=81908526] Hello CastedDude, No reasonable update. The embassy only acknowledged this morning my email( please, see attached image) I sent to them on 28th August requesting the visa office to update my previous application with the extention letter of resumption I got from my school to 18th September as against the initial start date of 4th & 9th September (orientation and lectures start date respectively. ) I just hope I get positive feedback and my passport now and within next week. How about yours? What exactly were you told? Regards. Louis[/quote] |

just to add to what he said under 5 If he is the sole signatory to the business account (as shown by his CAC documents) then it is fine. But if he has other partners, then he has to get a letter of consent from other partners that shows they ALL consent to allow you access to the funds in that account to be used to fund your studies and cover your living expenses. So confirm again from him if the business is a sole enterprise setup or a limited liability company and be guided as above and in line with what the first writer first wrote. Best of success bro kelss5020: |

kelss5020: Most of your answers are wrong . The embassy requires definitely more than just CAC certificate , and you need proof of relationship to whoever will be paying your tuition fees. Please don't come here and share half-baked information pleaseeeeeee 3 Likes |

I am aware of fraudulent agents and agencies. But my candid advise is that If you intend using this forum for your Irish visa application , you may need to follow the inis visa documents requirement list extensively. Be warned!!! Thats how someone came with Zenith fx rate for euro at #300 the other day. Some sha learnt the hard way. Lots of ignorant agents are here. Please be guided !!! All the best |

PLEASE NEXT TIME YOU SHOULD READ AND DIGEST THE INFORMATION YOU READ HERE BEFORE MAKING UNNECESSARY ASSUMPTIONS JUST BECAUSE YOU THINK I'M AN AGENT. NOW MY REPLY TO QUESTION 3) CLEARLY SHOWS THAT I SAID HE/SHE NEEDS EVIDENCE OF RELATIONSHIP(AND THIS IS DEFINITELY FOR THE VISA APPLICATION) AND I DON'T GET WHAT YOU MEAN BY SHOWING EVIDENCE OF WHO PAYS YOUR TUITION FEE BECAUSE MOST PEOPLE PAY THROUGH A THIRD PARTY... THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS STATING YOUR STUDENT NUMBER, NAME AND PROBABLY REFERENCE NO IF APPLICABLE... AND YOUR ANSWER TO THE EMBASSY NEEDS MORE....... I HAVE ENOUGH PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND I CLEARLY KNOW WHAT I'M SAYING. DEFINITELY IT WONT BE JUST THE CAC CERTIFICATE, THERE ARE OTHER DOCUMENTS THAT COMES WITH A CAC BUT YOU DON'T EXPECT ME TO START LISTING ALL, I ONLY ANSWER HIS/HER QUESTION IN THE SIMPLEST WAY I CAN NOBODY KNOWS IT ALL...THIS IS A FORUM FOR LEARNING & GETTING INFORMATION YOU CAN MAKE YOUR CONTRIBUTION OR CORRECTION WITHOUT SOUNDING RUDE OR SHOULD I SAY ITK PEACE ICaSNg: |

kelss5020:You are wrong the source of the tuition you pay must be seen by the consular |
Re: GENERAL Irish (student)visa & Work Permit-New THREAD*** by CastedDude: 4:59pm On Sep 05, 2019 |
Oga, YOU ARE VERY WRONG. Before u give someone advice make sure you know what you are saying. The embassy advices that school fees should be made from sponsor's account or student's account. The statement of account where the tuition fee is paid from is meant to be submitted for visa application. The embassy needs to see the source of funds. It is necessary for a prospective student to submit his or her bank statement irrespective of the sponsor's bank statement Stop claiming professional that u are not. Go and read through the Irish website before you mislead someone. http://www.inis.gov.ie/en/INIS/Pages/Study kelss5020: 3 Likes

Guys I need your input on this. After paying my fee from my sponsors account about 99% of it, the rest of the money in his account was put an treasury bill amounting to 4m with maturity date 12th December. So I'll like to ask, can I still use him as a sponsor or do I have to find a cosponsor. Please note the money in treasury bill will be available to me when the the bill matures. And please note my sponsor is a pensioner with monthly pension of about 170000(sometimes more). Input please. Let me know my next step |

This thread is to give full information.. if you can’t do that please stfu and stop giving wrong info .. and you’re still claiming rights when she said you didn’t give the full info.. do you think embassy cares about mistakes ? They’ll just deny the applicant :. Please if you can’t give out the complete information you can f*ck off this thread and let others do Shalom kelss5020: 1 Like |

Normally those transactions are captured (when account is debited for the treasury bills investment). I cant speak for all banks BUT for Ecobank, the interest + amount invested for the bills is credited back to the account on maturity date. In the Ecobank scenario, it means the balance in the account will be less by the invested amount as at the time your sponsor request for a printout - assuming you want to apply for a visa with the bank statement at that particular time (b4 bills maturity date). It might not be a problem if you ask your sponsor to attach with his/her bank statement the Certificate of Tresury Bills Investment wch details things like - yield, maturity date, etc. In your sponsor letter of consent that can be explained with the certificate as supporting evidence. It could also be a problem since there's a portion of visa guidelines that says - ".....funds in sponsors account should be easily accessible ....." In my opinion (others can add their experiences), it might be safer to get a co-sponsor just in case the visa officer thinks such funds might not be readily accessible.
