Hey everyone, I just got an elepaq generator set 1.5kw, I've been using it for a few hours (2-3) but already I've noticed this dull bass thumping sound every few minutes, should I be worried? Also apart from topping up the engine oil should I carry out any any service work before I fully start using it?

I need urgent help.
I just saw the Junior max for 39k on Konga, but I'm scared because the price is too cheap, and no reviews.

I however just ordered from Jumia, I want to know if to cancel the jumia order ASAP.
Help!

Edit : I ordered and requested a refund from Jumia.
I have a bit of trust since it's sold by TEC store on Konga itself.
Lemme just wait and see. Lol

Hello guru's in the house
I have problem with my generator fuel consumption, since I change the AVR to a new one..I observed that the generator power output is a little bit high and stable compared to the previous one that I replace it with. Before 2 liter of fuel do last for 3-4, hrs but with the present one it will last just 2hrs. I want to adjust the carberator, with these picture which one should I adjust and screw tight
Note: I have reduce the firing power, the only confusion I have is which of these screw on the carberator should I screw tight. Is it the black or the other one by the side: Thank you!

Hello Profs. Please, my Firman spg 2200 1.8kva generator runs for about 4 hours then it shuts down. I thought it was caused by low oil but even after replacing the oil, it still persists. Please, what could be the cause? After 4 hours I have to wait for more than 1 hour before I turn it own again because it refuses to come on when it shuts down

Is either the cabrator need service, or the chassis coil is giving issue now

My small Tiger generator used to work well and the voltage was fairly high. I later noticed the current these days is very low and barely works with a flat screen TV it used to work with before. Even with all the load off the noise is very low and the current as well.

The noise too is always low. What could be the problem, please?

Good day Profs. I just bought a Firman SPG 2200 1.8kva generator recently. I asked the seller how often I should change the oil and he said every 3 weeks is okay. I want to know if this is recommended, I was thinking it might be once a month or when the oil turns black or every two days. I don't know so much about generators. Thanks
change after every 50 hours of usage

if it's medium size the best thing to do is continue using like that if you still change it it will happen again after some months... that's why it's recommended to buy tec juniormax if you're buying medium

Please recommend a gen for domestic use that can power a refrigerator, water dispenser & pumping machine(not at the same time though). I have Elepaq 6800 (4.5kva) , Lutian 3600 & Sumec Furman Rugged (2.6kva )in mind. I'm open to new suggestions.
My priority is durability. I wouldn't want one that would require servicing too often.
Thanks

It's 1.5hp.
The pumping machine will be the only major load that's turned on whenever I want to pump water.

Thanks
