That locks out more than half the world. Other than their tramways, there is nothing else better than Nairobi in Algiers as far as commuting is concerned. Nairobi also has intracity trains of which you were showed stations the other day and you infamously wrongly dismissed them as the SGR and then you drummed your chest like a ninja

You are say job, so cities like Austria,Geneva has more job with more bubbling economic activities than the great NEW YORK...A ranking that put nairobi above great cities like TEHRAN,CAIRO, ALGIERS can never be taken serious.. not every ranking online is entirely true just like not most things potrayed by the western media to the world about Africa is not true.. American are pushing forward for Americans goverment to understudy ruwanda universal health care system. a particular state from the USA recently did it.

The one district one factory is Ghana goverment industrial policy. India, Germany have showed significant interest. particular India who is trying to reproduce it in her country.

Cairo and Tehran are not more livable than Nairobi unless you live in a bunker! Not to mention the Egyptian and Iranian gestapo watching your every move. In fact cities like Blantyre and Harare are more livable than those two if we apply common sense.
