The pedestrian bridge at MCC Upper Iweka is in a dangerous state now.

An eyewitness who spoke with news9naija recounts that a heavy duty vehicle rammed into one of the Pillars which led to the shifting of the bridge. The said driver sped off after the incident.

News9naija reports that this incident occurred on the 9th of September 2019. As at the time News9naija visited the scene, no action has been taken on the bridge as pedestrians still use it.

News9naija wish to bring this to the notice of the ANambra State government.

The project include expansion and reconstruction. The Road is been expanded from the former 3 lanes each to 6 lanes each.
Compare that with the last picture of a Road projecting your Region.
