Nigerians in diaspora visit places that promote their cultures, markets, food joints, clubs, parties etc.
Nigerian Afro pop music is universal to all ethnic Nigerian groups, so that argument holds no water.
Naija music is played in all joints and virtually all clubs today, and the lists of Igbo artistes that make up the stream are endless
So an igbo man doesn't need to listen to Zoro back to back in Lagos when gladiators like Phyno, Flavour, Kcee, Tekno etc are blaring all the time.

nigerian music isnt mainstream enough for u to be saying that clubs clubs not club ooo, clubs play mostly nigerian songs, maybe those in nigerian neighborhood but in london for instance, clubs like that will be few, according to khafy bio na london she dey, how many clubs in a 10miles 360 radius from her place of work will be playing back to back nigerian songs enough that she would know the lyrics
