Didijiji:
Doc Sir,

Had s*x with a lady and in the course of it, the CD bursted and we continued. Weeks after, I am seeing this red like colored patch, peeling skin and then itch on my man****d.. It was just under that cap but its moved to the shaft.

This has lasted some days and is becoming worrisome. Was thinking it could be reaction to something but feeling troubled by it.

Had to go to the hospital and was recommended for VDRL and urine M/C/S test. All came out clean..
It is not responsible to present health complaint with hysterics. Kindly say it as it is. Please!

Rather than diffuse your resources randomly while not have a doctor attend your worries and see what test you should do to know what really is the problem.

It pained me when it started. Now the pain has subsided and there's pus in it. It has stopped itching. It's about 3 days old.

Go to the drug store by Ampiclox. Be on the drug for 2days and do the following:

Get a sterile needle or even a toothpick, find the susceptible point and lancet through it. Express the fluid out, give a warm press and everything will be alright. Continue the medication for next two days and stop.

You may let me know if you are in any medication at the present.

Didijiji:
sir,

Had unprotected sex with a lady and after some weeks, I saw some little wound on an area on the penile and a red like color. The color increased into some part of the shaft. It comes with itches, the skin peels. I was worried and went to the hospital. I was tested for VDRL and had Urine M/C/S... Went for the test today and doctors says no bacterial growth and VDRL is clean. The colored area is still there and then little pain when touched.

That's the case sir
Did the doctor had to examine the penis before those screenings were done? Or he did after the screening, what did he say about it?

On the other hand, is your sex partner having similar complaint or any complaint of any sort anywhere?

No sir. The Lady Doctor did not physically examine it. The sex partner has not complained of anything. When you are online, I can put up the pix and then take it down thereafter please

Well, I am not a magician and I can only know by asking.
How old are you?
When has this been?
Kindly, give a more physical approach to the tingling and crawling sensation?

Loratidine sir

Didijiji:
Loratidine sir

Loratidine, okay. Possibly to help against the inflammatory changes.

Go get a simple home remedy product containing Antibiotics, antifungal and a Corticosteroid- Visita plus.
Apply this cream over the whole of the glans penis( penis cap) and then shaft for 1 week.

Please get original product from the drugstore.

After the one week come report back to me.

If you are suspicious of this to the cream you are using, why not pause a bit on its usage to know if things may improve at least 3 weeks to one month. I don't know what could be responsible for the he rash formation neither can I tell if this rash is normal or abnormal. To be in safer side, kindly observe yourself a bit for any newer changes you have with and around yourself within the last weeks and now should you have dipped into use of something that could have been reactive to you in nature. If the rash ain't rapid in formation, no special fluid accumulation, itchy or pains then it may like go on it own. Seek the doctor's helps if this rash is coming on with other complaints.

Good morning ever responsive Doctors.

Took tea (with evaporated milk) two days ago. Since then I have been passing stool (it happens once in a while with evaporated but not with dry milk ). Read online recently that flagyl isn't the the right drug to use to stop it, but couldn't help it when it persisted. Even with the flagyl, it has not stopped ,but reduced the number of times. What's the remedy, please?

Thank you for your response Doc,
In regards to my age, I am an adult yet to marry. I had staph infection for up to 11yrs now which I treated with herbal medicine but it kept rebounding so I felt helpless. After then I am no longer sexually active. I had sex once last year unprotected, since then I have been having different symptoms especially the burning and tingling sensation non stop without any physical appearance. I do see rashes somethings.

I will appreciate if u suggest necessary test I am to take and what can improve my overral health.

When you are asked your age either by a clinician, a physician or the laboratory doctor(pathologist), please kindly write it out. "I am an adult", puts you no where. Not just any age but your chronological age.

So, how do you know you had Staphylococcal Infections?
Have you done a culture test to prove this?

I don't understand this question of yours, " also could using water to bath cause itchiness and rash? "

What have you been using to have your bath since birth?
Does a normal bathing water suppose to cause you itch after bathing?

I was expecting you to be off the hook as at then. Alright. Do not scared it is an everyday issue, just relax and have an unworried day. It is an ordinary show of intolerance by your stomach-intestinal system. As it loses from it hold, the better you will be. Just in case, you are having still a little problem with this, if you are not hypertensive then have a dip of little table salt mass in water. Mix it to make a salt-water mixture. Mixture shouldn't be much. Drink it. This will help push water and glucose from the intestinal lumen and by so reduce and stop your stooling.
Please avoid your dislike and anything that could have you prone to this situation next time.
